Retroid Pocket Mini PS2 Gameplay - Gran Turismo 4
I had that exact game back in the day. Your video brought back those memories. Simple times!
Hi. Thanks for the video. Can you try Resident evil 4 and Diablo 4?
Something is telling me to get this vs the ayn Odin 2 …. Just because I know later the games will be optimized for the chip
%8 battery drain in 6 minutes...
I agree but I think this is a demanding game.
So who actually one ? Didnt see the draw and who won ?
Sorry man, I'm currently on holiday, I'll announce the winner on Jan 6. 🥰
Love you 💖💖
COOL BRO
Can I just get a controller I really wish to own one controller one day 🥺🙏
If I giveaway a controller one day, you can enter the giveaway. 😉
Hopefully I win, I really need one 🙏🙏🙏🙏
who won?
Sorry man, I'm currently on holiday, I'll announce the winner on Jan 6. 🥰
need case compatible with jsaux case mod for rog ally x to attach it behind
30 watt compatible for rog ally and legion go ?
Yes 😎
great video! hope i win!
Thanks 😎
Is the giveaway finish?
Unfortunately yes, it was valid until 3 days after the video release date. Don't worry, there will be other giveaways in the future. 😉
Do you have any issue with the controller? Because i got some issue with my far cry 5, i cant use my gamepad
I really don't, try to re-map your controllers.
Wish I could get one 😊🥺🙏
Hopefully 😉
Love the clear blue colorway
Me too 🥰
this or the X55? I recently bought my first ever handheld and decided on the X55 because its larger and looks most comfortable with the palm nubs at the bottom, but i havnt even gotten the device yet and i feel like i regret my decisions already
You're right, the performance (chipset) is the same but the X55 is a bit better as it has larger screen, double the RAM (2GB) and better ergonomics and build quality.
This guy is so goated
😉😉
Hope i win
I hope that too. 🤩
@ironcladcobra I love pow kiddy I have the RGB 30
@@hacknestYT Cool 🤩
After installation how do you switch between android and linux?
I haven't tried switching because after installing ROCKNIX, I noticed the performance was a bit better on the Android side so I uninstalled Linux. However, I believe once you remove that SD card that has ROCKNIX on it, it will boot into Android.
Merry Christmas mate Thank you for your videos < 3
Thanks bro, likewise! 🥰
RGB10max 3 and R46s are best Linux handhelds for 2024! RP5 and RG556 are best Android devices for x86 all you need is the Ally x!
😉😉
You would have to push the res to 3x-5x to see which one breaks the fps consistency and at what resolution next time to show true performance testing, nice vid though. Evo looks like a very premium handheld.
Thanks man. 😎
Super, vielen Dank. Deutschland passt, wenn DHL auch noch mitspielt ;-) Falls ich gewinnen sollte, dann habe ich direkt ein Nach-Weihnachtsgeschenk, juhu. Blau ist auch die beste Farbe. Lieben Gruss Mat
Thanks for the gameplay dude! Been trying to find more recent gameplays or practical tests so I can decide whether to get it or not. It's on sale for 490 USD where I am from (UAE). Do you think it's worth it? Thanks again in advance!
You're welcome man! If that price is for the Ultra 7 with 1TB storage, it's absolutely worth it. 🤩
This was my favorite powkiddy handheld. Great display und sound. Super smooth for large hands. But my son dropped it and the display cracked. Someday I buy another one
Sorry to hear that, make sure to enter the giveaway, I hope you win, if not, it's still an affordable price ($70). 😉
@@ironcladcobra cool, I'll definitely do it. Thank you very much for the opportunity. Greetings from Germany
@@sicktuna5168 You're more than welcome (sehr gerne). 🥰
Quite like the sim removal as a microSD removal tool, will have to remember that. Hope it’s ok to give away the roms? If it might be a risk to you, can clear them
No worries man, the roms are also part of the giveaway... 😁

Is it possible to use usbc to hdmi tv out in linux?
Sorry I haven't tried it so I can't confirm.
Every time I navigate to the screen by using the volume - button, I do not have the option to change the bootloader. I have tried cycling through the options, rebooting, updating the device in android with retroid's OTA updater. However, I can not get it to give me the option. I can navigate to a different boot menu using the vol + button when rebooting and I can select the boot option from there. However, if I ever reboot I'm automatically booting back into android, which I do not want. Anyone who has any ideas would be appreciated.
Something could be wrong as you should be able to navigate and choose your boot option. There is the link to ROCKNIX's Discord server, you can join and ask there, I'm sure someone would be able to help you.
@@ironcladcobra Thanks for the suggestion! I was able to figure it out just by reading the existing posts in the Rocknix discord. I ended up finding myself over in the Retroid discord and was able to locate an abl.elf file that allowed me to flash my RP Mini with a bootloader that supports configuring everything the same way you mentioned in your instructions. Apparently, retroid will be pushing this updated bootloader to the mini with an OTA update, soon. However, it currently doesn't have the same bootloader options as the RP5 out of the box. I figure I'll lay out what I had to do in case anyone else comes across the same issue, as there didn't seem to be a lot of info out there on this right now. BE AWARE THIS CAN BRICK YOUR DEVICE. If you aren't comfortable with this prospect or the idea of having to try to recover from a brick, it might be best to just wait for the OTA update from retroid in the near future. For those that lack patience, like me, and want to go ahead and have this option on their RP Mini, you'll want to join the retroid discord server and navigate to the developer-chat channel. If you just search "fastboot", you should be able to find the messages from tj with the abl.elf file and the commands you need to run. Once you have the abl.elf file, get your device into the fastboot menu (reboot and hold VOL DOWN). Make sure you have android platform tools installed on your computer and plug your RP Mini into your computer. From there, you want to open a terminal window. Input "fatboot devices" to make sure your device is recognized. If it is, you'll get a string of 8 characters and it will say fastboot beside that. From there, you can run the "fastboot flash abl abl.elf". MAKE SURE THAT ABL.ELF IS IN A DIRECTORY IN YOUR PATH. If you aren't sure if it is, just copy the whole directory path for the abl.elf file and substitute that in place of the abl.elf part of it. For instance, "fastboot flash abl ~/Downloads/abl.elf". After that finishes, you can run "fastboot reboot bootloader". That will reboot it and bring you into the updated bootloader where you can change your default boot mode. Hope this helps someone else!
@@zacccore That's great man, thanks for sharing. 🤩
👍🏻
🤩
Boot recovery isn't working
Is this permanent or only when the SD card is inserted
Unpopular opinion but this might be the best Powkiddy device at the very least it’s my favorite Powkiddy good video sir
Thanks man. I agree, it's not the best device but for $70 it's really good. 😉
I'm hoping to win ❤
