One of the BEST ever videos showing how to produce a neat, presentable back to embroidery with a home machine. A real game changer!! A bit more effort, to reload and change the bobbins to match each color shift, but really great results. THANK YOU!
Very informative. Thank you.
At 2:47/48 you say you are going to choose your background to change your order. I don't know how you did that. I've played it over many times but can't find how to get into that window.
Whats the settings on thread tention for rolled hem, exact numbers to choose on that 3 nob
What foot are you using from the beginning? Is it a satin F foot? I’m confused because you used the same foot for stitch 25 scallop stitch, and also for stitch 1 , which the machine uses the A foot for.
Horizontal camera would be better next time 😉
Came to learn about these specific presser feet, and was pleasantly surprised by your almost immediate payment of the cat tax (you may have noticed the kitty walking downstairs while Michael was discussing the G foot). Cats and sewing are a great combo, as are doggos and sewing. They’re our quality control!
I love the o foot with the little guide 😊
Thank you! This worked for me! I needed a new holder for my thread. The loose one was the problem. !
مشاءالله. ياريت لو كانت عندي الله يسهل فيها يارب يرزقنا ورزقكم يارب
the instructions are interesting, but the quality of the video is analog. It's a shame, it's already the 21st century, and it's hard to see anything in your films. There are few close-ups, and when they are, they are blurry
Спасибо за подсказку, я в начале изучения этой модели машинки и мне очень важны такие советы 😊
Is there a stretch stitch on the s3?
.. . 🎬 ! 💥! 💥 ! Perfect! ✨✨🌎✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨⚡✨✨☄💫💥
I have a 780 but it must be a lemon. I am very disgusted I bought it.
Thank you. I have had my machine for several years, and wanted to make a quilt label for the first time. I like that I could look up the chapter and not have to watch the whole thing. I appreciate my MC6650. Just wish the walking foot came with the machine.
How did you look up a chapter on the video??? I am not great at find things )-: LOL I just scrolled down and found the chapters! Thank you for your comment or I wouldn't have seen it. (-:
I was just given this serger by a friend and your videos are easy to follow and understand. I’m not as afraid to try and rethread and play with it now. Thank you!
Sunny and cold - London, ON
Perfect.
Maybe colored thread would be easier to see.
I am able to follow until you say, "I'm going to change the order." You don't show where you right click at that point.
I just bought the 709 from Amazon.I have been borrowing my sisters Brother i2700,not exactly sure that's the right number.I'm a guy who really only need's a sewing machine for hemming blue jeans or maybe sewing a shirt pocket back on after it has come loose.I figured if I had my sisters sewing machine,& it broke while I was using it, I would be obligated to fix it or buy her another one so I still wouldn't have my own sewing machine.I at one time worked at a blanket, quilt and drapery factory running a 120 bobbin quilting machine.
Very helpful thank you ❤
needle is leaving big needle holes around stitching on label
I don't like that lock stitch...too much movement..lol
Is this the same machine as the Travel Mate 30? It looks identical
Love this lady. Great teacher - very clear instructions and great humor!
Hi, I have a question, what is the difference between MC Horizon 15000 and MC Horizon Quilt Maker 15000
Hi I have the version 1.7 and it doesnt seem to have auto border
Do you have tutorials of how to use all the different feet? And how the monogram stitches look?
Thanks so much for this!! My serger works again!! 💕
Can you use a wider strip of fabric for your strips? Or is the maximum width for this foot 2”?
on my machine the embroidery patterns are showing up on the reverse -- can't find out why
Does it take two women to show how to use a Jerome Serger??? Why can't just one woman explain the steps. I find the other, perhaps older woman, an total irritation. Its even more irritating when they are both talking at once and interrupting each other.
Very very helpful
HI- My friend has this machine and I'm asking for her. On later machines that use this type of display and toggle for selecting stitches, it either gives you the letter for the foot needed for each stitch in the display or it is included under the stitch selection shown on the front of the machine. This machine does not seem to have that. Do you need to refer to the manual each time you want to change the stitch for the required foot or is there somewhere else it is shown on the machine? Thanks.
Extension table? Walking foot? Nice demonstration. Thanks for the video 😊
I have the same machine which I would like to clean. Have tried repeatedly and cannot remove the screws from the needle plate as they have been tightened far too securely. The screws won't budge. Any tips? Thanks for the vid. It's thorough and easy to follow.
I just got my new mc6650 and as I come to a stop with my sewing it makes a grinding noise. I'm concerned something is wrong with it. I have re-threaded several times, changed the bobbin several times and it is the same. It doesn't do it every time but often. The stitching is pretty and doesn't seem affected. Any help would be appreciated.
How do you put the janome 740 D.C sewist on and off switch back in machine
Hi from Western Australia
might time in Western Australia
My 6650 gets here tomorrow. I can't wait. Thank you for the lesson.
You’re an amazing teacher! Thank you for this video , I have this S7 for 2 years, and im still learning new things everyday.
Thank you so much
Huge thanks for clear explanation. Very, very helpful. I will try and write my experience later )) The video is amazing, only my a little kind suggestion, if you don't mind, in future, it would be nice if you can take video at horizontal footage. Many greetings from Azerbaijan
Does this software work with a MC9900

Great instructional video! Thank you for making this, Amanda from Canada! I'm watching it 3 years later and it's still timely. It was straightforward, easy to follow, has shown me just what I wanted to know, and a gaggle of stuff I didn't know! All in under 15 minutes without a lot of chatter. Well done!
My foot pedal stopped working and I cannot find a replacement. All the ones I've tried Can you sew without a foot pedal with this model?
