@@Protomango No worries. After posting this to the KOF subreddit, many people misinterpreted the title as me attacking Terry. Stating that even though they liked the video, the first impression of it was so bad that it would likely scare potential viewers away. This was a celebration of Terry, and the last thing I wanted was people misconstrue that. This was changed before the gameplay reveal by a good week, but I still understand your point of view. A good title to ease both sides of fans is definitely a challenge, but I will make sure to think on it more with my future ones. I still thank you for being cordial despite how you may view me.

What about "f+2, u/d, df+x"? Punch is cancelled into side-walk stance, itself immediately cancelled into crouchdash (with spark, despite the simplified input, similar to Fukuteki). Nice, easy perfect electric, EWGK, etc. on people who like to jab punish f+2,3 attempts.

This tutorial is waaay better and more approachable than some of the big names in FGC youtube and/or pros that upload stream highlights and expect you to know what's happening at all times. The editing, humor and your teaching style are all really good. I know I'm hella late but please make more videos like these. They wouldn't go unnoticed I guarantee you. Great stuff!

Since tatenashi doesn't seem to affect the enemy's recovery frames, certain moves can guarantee a HW,2 follow up.
And a correction on her duck electric It's not a "grace window" If you do df,2 immediately you don't get any move If you do df for 2f and then df,2 it's not electric. I think it's wrong to call it a perfect electric since it's not the same kind of timing. It's just a precise plink. I can do duck electrics no issue, but I can only do perfect electrics by accident. Way different skill levels

Most of this was dead on! But it seems like Power Dunk might not actually be a special of his? Its on the trailer, but the Steam page says he has 7 special moves (and a ton of target combos cause of course). It lists out 7 different ones but not Power Dunk. Maybe that's also in a target combo somehow?
im sure its still a special move, the count might be up there, but it'll depend if they are counting moves like round wave or quick burn as seperate special moves since they still use the same kind of inputs and only apply to a particular strength of button.
@@XBC3403I think Kalei's onto something here. There's definitely a reason it wasn't brought up on the Steam page. We will find out soon enough with Terry being playable today at Gamescom!
