던지다 to throw 받다 to CATCH??? 싫다 to dislike. 좋다 to LIKE? is your translation accurate? 고맙습니다.
Hello, 안녕하세요! Thanks for watching my video. In Korean, the opposite of like is dislike. The expression "dislike" includes "hate" and "disgust," but it has such a strong meaning that I thought dislike was the opposite of like. 나는 당근을 좋아해요. I like carrots. 나는 당근이 싫어요. I dislike carrots. = I don"t like carrots. = I hate carrots. In Korean, the opposite of throw is catch. ~including receive, grab~ 나는 그에게 공을 던졌다 I threw the ball to him. 나는 그가 나에게 던진 공을 받았다. I caught the ball he threw to me. 감사합니다!

This is the best!!! ❤ At least for the wayI learn. Good to learn how to use other vocabulary too. 고마워요 🥰 저는 한국어 선생님의 열렬한 팬입니다. 😆❤
정말 감사해요! I will do my best to make studying Korean more fun for you. 화이팅!
This is useful for me, being an advanced beginner. The repetition of sentence endings in vaious moods is a wonderful way to internalize their applications. Also a good way to learn sound change. My only request is to provide a PDF file for repetitive learning.

What is the meaning of the word and why are they different? for example the bee is treating me to a sting 😅 blowing my nose is some sort of problem to solve. This is how i feel about example phrases given in the dictionary the use of the word is so different in each use i have no idea what it means and if its appropriate to use 😂
Hi~there! Homonym is a word that is spelled and pronounced like another word but is different in meaning. For example, in Korean there is a word for <벌>. The pronunciation is 벌 [birl], but it has three meanings. 1. Bee 2. Punishment / penalty 3. Set of / pair of Example sentences are as follows: 1. I was stung on the arm by a bee. 나는 벌에게 팔을 쏘였어요. 2. I was punished for not doing my homework. 나는 숙제를 안 해서 벌을 받았어요. 3. I bought a set of clothes for my birthday. 내 생일에 옷 한 벌 샀어요. There are many confusing homonyms in Korean, so I hope the content of this video will help you understand. There are more examples on the board that will be helpful. Feel free to ask questions at any time. Thank you.
Thank you for the detailed explanation. I understand them sounding the same it's that they are spelt exactly the same way that's throwing me. It sounds like "I will only know the difference based on the context" 😉 Thank you for teaching me.
@@seuny I am happy to hear from you. Any questions are welcome.
