The background looks like it came from Winter's Night: The Haunting of Hawthorne Cemetery, a HHN haunted house attraction. Idk, just me, maybe I felt nostalgia from it.
I use pictures I’ve taken, mainly on vacation for all my videos. This was from a haunted tour… I believe it was in Ireland 🇮🇪 so your right on track. Thanks!
@@roblob4883 Long answer: I don’t have a lot out there… most of these are from tapes and cds I had in a closet for a good while… I record a lot of these on a Tascan 4 track cassette recorder up to 1999 and in 1999 switched to an 8 track Yamaha minidisc recorder. Still using the minidisc recorder even though the discs are about impossible to find. I played in several local scene bands in the 90s… pretty much just got tired of playing the same thing over and over so I started recording more. Around 1998 I started working with a singer, songwriter and we really tried to get out music out there. We recorded about 3 albums worth of material under the name Anamaux (see my playlists for Anamaux songs). We got 500 copies of a cd made, sent the all over but … it’s a really hard industry to get in. I think we hit it really hard up to about 2001 then just started doing less and less. I put the Anamaux song on here so Loryan (the singer) would have them too. Basically, with Loryan, I would give her tapes and tapes of songs I recorded and she would pick and choose which ones she would write lyrics to. So, a lot of my songs were with the intention of having lyrics. So post 2001 I just mainly recorded for my own amusement. Going a little darker and ambient. Not really suited for lyrics. Here recently, I just figured out how to upload these to UA-cam… thinking it a good idea since there is only one physical copy of each of these songs on a cassette or cd somewhere in my closest. But hey, really appreciate the interest! It’s been hard to find people who like the music I wrote. Thanks again.
@@bernardw100 glad you decided to upload all these, always a little sad to think how much great music is hidden somewhere on old cassettes and such. Also super nice you still use that recorder altough it probably would be easier and cheaper to not rely on those cassettes. and i think a lot of people can be found who like your music and the internet is a great opportunity to let them find it.
