    Nah the problem is in the shoulders and scapula if someone has medial epicondylitis. This won't help at all.

      A lot of people get this from their shoulder being unstable when using their bicep. Shoulder stability exercises, and the prayer stretch (for tight lats) is what got mine to go away after 2 years of trying all sorts of wrist and forearm focused stuff @@EyeDriveATruck

    I have overleg nerve pains and muscle spasms withing the legs very often. And wonderfully rolling with hard surface roller just releases me from leg pains in nerves and muscles!!! Better than any painkillers!)) If to start do only when spasm starts) not after great inflammation developed)

    13 month is the standard unless you are getting daily steroid injections. Do not follow pro athletes timeline. You do not do as much recovery nor have the medical care that they do

      If you do alot of sets to failure, try have a rest day or two after that session. I try follow Dorian Yates/Mike Mentzer approach where the session is short but very intense, and then at least a day sometimes 2 off in a row. Sleep for me is better. Im happier. Leaner. Pumps are good. Look and feel better. Dont live for the gym. Use it to live.

    Sorry but no an ACL doesn't heal at all on it's own. They have a bear graft option for a partial tear or fresh tears which only a few skilled surgeons in the United States can do. You can live with a torn ACL but walk will be more painful and you will probably be a cripple for the rest of your life. I had surgery on both knees. Do not pick a pettla graft because your chances of being in crippling knee pain are way to high. Also your are at a 80 percent chance risk of getting arthritis. Guess what idiot go this surgery yeah me and I really regret it. I walk with a limp half the time. If you are not a good candidate for a bear implant go for a quad graft. Hamstring grafts have a lot of problems to but quad grafts hurt way less than a pettla and don't cause as much intense knee pain. If the surgeon only does Hamstring and pettla grafts leave!!! This means he doesn't care about your quality of life at all and just wants your money. The quad graft and bear implant became an idea for a better quality of life by surgeons that actually care. Remember surgery is a very competitive field. Like picking a guy to do furniture repair. You want a very well known skilled craftsmen and not the guy no body ever heard of and has no reputation because you are just asking to get hurt in more ways than one.

    • @SmokeyBbqBallz
      @SmokeyBbqBallz 10 місяців тому

      My friend had a acl surgery because he tore his acl completely and after surgery it takes 3 months until you can walk again without help and like 3 months rehab to completely recover and if you olay sports then after those 6 months you need to train your knee muscles even more if you play sports so if you play sports that requires sharp and quick movements then it takes about a year to completely recover

    Yes, but you need more details for the steps of rehab + after that at some point, body weight exercises and plyometrics. Just doing isometric holds doesn't help you play sports or for other explosive movements
