2 Variations to I’s, T’s, and Y’s - Shoulder Stability
I’ve been suffering from a sprained ankle for around 5 months now and I cannot for the life of me get it to heal no matter what I do any advice would be greatly appreciated
What is this device called?
Can I have your number
Me trying to do this: A priest: "We are gathered her today in memory of-"
do not forget that women may not have their period!
Not true at all I tore mine it’s just you half to take it slow but this is faki
Hey bro need some hey
What do you mean ? Is it depending on how the person heals?
I noticed this week that suitcase carries always end up helping relieve my golfers elbow pain. 100% need to try this.
Don’t forget elevated heart rate at rest
Nah the problem is in the shoulders and scapula if someone has medial epicondylitis. This won't help at all.
So? How to fix?
A lot of people get this from their shoulder being unstable when using their bicep. Shoulder stability exercises, and the prayer stretch (for tight lats) is what got mine to go away after 2 years of trying all sorts of wrist and forearm focused stuff @@EyeDriveATruck
Pretty cool! Isometric has added benefit of downregulating tendon pain, too.
Looks horribly painful for golfers elbow, both the position and amt of weight.
that's why you would progressively load submaximal, sub pain...
For me the pain decreases set by set.

Thank you! Was looking for a quick finger specific warm up and this is great. Appreciate it
I feel that same pain while doing tricep dips 😭 I dont know what's wrong with my front shoulder whenever I try to lift heavy I feel that pain in my both front shoulder 😭 help bro
sounds like a labrum tear man look it up it’s so fun
What the fuck was this jumbled mess??
I have overleg nerve pains and muscle spasms withing the legs very often. And wonderfully rolling with hard surface roller just releases me from leg pains in nerves and muscles!!! Better than any painkillers!)) If to start do only when spasm starts) not after great inflammation developed)
13 month is the standard unless you are getting daily steroid injections. Do not follow pro athletes timeline. You do not do as much recovery nor have the medical care that they do
👌🏾helping with my exams
There is a like tight pain behind my knee and i cant straighten my leg do you know what it is
same I searched up the area and its called popilethal fossa I think and I'm having it cause of excessive running maybe
@anupamkumar3089 mine got caused by using the leg extension machine at the gym but it has passed now
@@bigmandan_ man I'm experiencing it rn did you do anything to recover?
@anupamkumar3089 is it like a necessity to do a lit of active stuff in your life because i couldnt really run more just limp n i couldnt do much physical leg stuff and i just let it gradually recover but it doesnt take too long mabye a week or less
@@bigmandan_ I'm also not active physically and thats why when I did running too much I felt pain cause my body wasn't prepared for it at all hope to recover in a week
I've been dealing with golfers elbow for a couple of years now and I'm gonna give these a try. Thanks!
I prayed to God that I have a wife as beautiful as she is, aameen🙏
🙏Aameen
😂😂😂
What do you do if it’s a sciatic nerve
She single?!
U are too feminine to take serious
I always train to failures multiple times so this might be a stupid question but am I overtraining and if so what can I improve
If you do alot of sets to failure, try have a rest day or two after that session. I try follow Dorian Yates/Mike Mentzer approach where the session is short but very intense, and then at least a day sometimes 2 off in a row. Sleep for me is better. Im happier. Leaner. Pumps are good. Look and feel better. Dont live for the gym. Use it to live.
Sorry but no an ACL doesn't heal at all on it's own. They have a bear graft option for a partial tear or fresh tears which only a few skilled surgeons in the United States can do. You can live with a torn ACL but walk will be more painful and you will probably be a cripple for the rest of your life. I had surgery on both knees. Do not pick a pettla graft because your chances of being in crippling knee pain are way to high. Also your are at a 80 percent chance risk of getting arthritis. Guess what idiot go this surgery yeah me and I really regret it. I walk with a limp half the time. If you are not a good candidate for a bear implant go for a quad graft. Hamstring grafts have a lot of problems to but quad grafts hurt way less than a pettla and don't cause as much intense knee pain. If the surgeon only does Hamstring and pettla grafts leave!!! This means he doesn't care about your quality of life at all and just wants your money. The quad graft and bear implant became an idea for a better quality of life by surgeons that actually care. Remember surgery is a very competitive field. Like picking a guy to do furniture repair. You want a very well known skilled craftsmen and not the guy no body ever heard of and has no reputation because you are just asking to get hurt in more ways than one.
Hello ma'am, If surgery on acl is safe.after surgery there is any side effects on future. Please reply ma'am
My friend had a acl surgery because he tore his acl completely and after surgery it takes 3 months until you can walk again without help and like 3 months rehab to completely recover and if you olay sports then after those 6 months you need to train your knee muscles even more if you play sports so if you play sports that requires sharp and quick movements then it takes about a year to completely recover
@@SmokeyBbqBallz thank you friend my surgery went good
All of them 😢😢😢
What about a complete tear?
i feel that way when i don't train. lol
What grade tear ?
I always feel hurt in my foot palm what should i do?
Very interesting. Yes I have been doing all sorts of stretches with bands and light weights etc and using a hammer to to do twists but still pain is there. I will try this. I will try this new approach Thankyou.
Yes, but you need more details for the steps of rehab + after that at some point, body weight exercises and plyometrics. Just doing isometric holds doesn't help you play sports or for other explosive movements
pain
Hi, how many reps and sets should I do to get relief?
HEYYY DIDNT BOGALATIES SAY THIS !!!
Ikr she's such a copycat
