the 2nd set of episodes, the ones made 15 years later, were terrible. Kind of shows that is was the writers and producers of the original episodes who made the show great.

For all guys and girls who whine about this: every female show guest filled out a form if they wanted to be kissed or not. That means that Richard Dawson had consent of EVERY woman on the show that he kissed. Though, retrospectively, it probably would have been better to restrict it to cheek kisses, as mouth kisses really came off as weird. But that doesn't change the fact that he treated all of his guests respectfully.

Full marks on the tribute. Caroline is one of the best horror actresses, and certainly best looking women ever to grace the screen. I don't think many would recall Starcrash so well without her casting. That later record (with Numan) sounds quite decent. One thing, Eric, old chap; fan-asy, cenner, encoun-er, hunner... So many Americans can't be bothered with the letter 't'... Shame. Proper diction is preferable in voicevers, just saying....

In my opinion, this show is among the most innovative with unmatched style and humor and adventurous spirit, even by today's standard. The two leads were sooo cool, and mrs Peel's character truly stands out with her independent thinking and style. She has such aura of intelligence and coolness that pretty much spells out "I am not to be messed with!"
