There’s always a moderator. At the beginning of each game one is assigned according to differnet effects or House numbers.

Hey Tim, This tutorial doesn't cover EVERYTHING in the game, as it was just meant to introduce my friend to the basics so she could watch when we streamed. Importantly: The tutorial leaves out many of the campaign aspects of the game (effects that carry on between games). The "Narrative Achievement" is a goal you are trying to accomplish, but don't know explicitly what it is. As the story unfolds through multiple games, you might get a hint at how you want to "Unite with Another Kingdom". As a made up example (which does not occur in the game as far as I am aware), you might find a hidden kingdom of cannibals, and you can offer peace or go to war with them. Many of the other players might obviously want to go to war, and you will have to come up with a reason why you are voting to make peace with them (because you THINK it might lead to "uniting with another kingdom"). Other campaign effects that may occur are that, upon unlocking all the achievements on the right side of your sheet, you will gain a bonus exclusively for your house that occurs for every game afterwards (you must get all check marks to get a bonus, you do not get a bonus for each check mark. Can't remember if I mentioned achievements in the video). Another effect is that, for each positive (white) sticker you have your name signed on at the beginning of a game your house starts with one extra power. Conversely, for each negative (black) sticker your name is attached to you start with one less power. This means if you can pass numerous acts which gain you positive stickers in the kingdom's eyes you will have more influence (power) to vote with in the future. Only 3 stickers of each type (morale, welfare, wealth, etc.) can exist at a time with older ones being removed as newer ones are added. Another effect of stickers is that they cause the starting location of their corresponding symbol to start at different areas of the track. If there are 3 positive wealth stickers the wealth tracker will start 3 spaces in the positive direction. If there are 3 negative stickers it will start 3 spaces in the negative direction. If there are 2 positive and 1 negative wealth stickers the wealth tracker will start 1 in the positive direction (2 - 1 = 1). It adds a little bit of setup at the beginning but its easy enough to do once you've done it a couple times. Hope this helps!

Sorry for the late reply. The scoring cards are a second scripted mod, which you'll have to add to the first mod: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2012492468 Just load up the scoring cards, copy them (ctrl+c), and then load up the game's mod and paste the score cards (ctrl+v) while playing the game.
