Theres 1 for sale in the whole of the UK lol its only a 1.1 SX model but i used to have one back in 2014 so much fun like a mini rally car the 1 thats for sale is mint 70k on the clock and full history i might buy it but am scared as you know it being a Fiat electrical gremlins will pop up , I remember the wiper motor broke once right in the middle of a rain storm so i had to literally drive home with no wipers that was scary and then the fuel tank corroded and leaked £300 to replace it , sadly some idiot hit my punto and wrote it off , so sad i was.

As an owner of a Punto 176, 60, s I can say than you can very easily add the temperature gauge if you want, the dashboard it's modular and the gauges can be singulary swapped, to make the gauge work you will only have to change the water temperature sensor on the engine with the right one. I can also add that yours being a 60 s like mine the predisposition for the rpm gauge can be already present, in my case I had only to install it without modification to the eletric sistem.

I still drive one here In Italy as a daily car, and I'm in love with it! Not only it's a quirky car, the pieces are not in short supply in scrapyards and I maged to enrich the inside dodation with ones From the SX and ElX

What a fantastic review, Thanks as I’ve just bought a 1999 Punto 60 S with 40000 on the clock yesterday for £450 and I didn’t know about the reverse gear as luckily I’ve not needed it yet. I’m also missing the original hubcaps and looking for those on good old eBay. Mine sounds the same and I have a nice oil leak which it’s had for years coming from the cam cover gasket.
