Can't imagine a harem ecchi anime would have a very deep dark story. I am so glad I discovered this.

Tbh, the way the story was going, i could see no other way to solve Mio's character. Both the OP and the ED made sure to show Reine (Mio) alone. Also, she was a far too powerful being to be around in the story i think. But i have to admit: they made me like her. But using her own sentence, "I like you....but after Reine, ok?"😂 I felt so bad for her, and i admired her SO MUCH bc she didn't "fell" for Shido like the way all the others did. Yes, she loved him...but she kept loyal to Shinji. I liked that. When Shido woke up and started to cry, it was really sad. Also, i liked the detail there: from all the girls, only Kotori was crying, and this makes sense bc she was the one who created a bond with Reine from all of them there. The bear plushie man.....ok, i'm ngl here: I MISS REINE A LOT OK 😂 she was the first character that got my attention when i started the show, and she never got any decent screentime...and now that she had, this happens, but it is what it is. At least Westcott is done for. When Mio and Westcott's angels clashed, that gave me Gohan vs Cell vibes LOL I wonder what Ellen will do after this...i like her (most of the time LOL), so it'd be nice if she came to our side. Dang....i miss Reine. Those are my final words. PS: is Maria in the harem now too?😂 Also, from what i've heard there is enough content for a movie apparently...but i don't think there'll be another season. But who knows.

With this ep, Mio's character definitely went from "pretty calm and collected girl" to "SSS threat level"....that whole scene from when she opened her territory was something out of a horror anime. Remember when Jiraya was fighting Pain or when the scouts were running towards the beast titan? That's the feeling i had watching this: the absolute despair of knowing they're not gonna make it alive. They can try to resist, but they won't make it. The scarier thing for me is how CALM Mio is. Nothing of this represents ANY danger sense to her. When she teleported Mana right in front of her, i was like "girls...please run. Just get out of there", but doing that she really just showed "i'm omnipotent. If i want you dead, you WILL die". It might be weird to say this, but she level up even MORE in my ranks now. Nowadays it has become hard for me to really feel threated by an antagonist, even if they are well written. Last time i sensed this was with Makima....idk if you read CSM or not, but i will tell you, she is absolute terrifying, and now Mio, even tho she's still not the same level of threat as Makima, is coming closer and closer each ep. PS: I think i know what she and Makima have in common that makes the level of despair even worse (this is smth personal, my opinion lol): they're both villains + pretty 😂 the fact that you feel atracted to them but AT THE SAME TIME knows they're dangerous creates a sense of despair worse than when it's a man, for example
