To lose 50lbs in 25 weeks you will need to lose about 1.5 lbs. per week That is about a 750 calorie a day deficit Keep Protein high aim for 40% of total calories coming from protein Walk 10-15K steps a day Weight train use free online calculator to find your maintenance calories and mine the 750 from that most of what he said is good but he could have simplified it to the above

Much appreciated. That’s a loaded question it depends on the person. We all have habits that serve us and habits that don’t. I would say eliminate the ones you have that don’t serve you, amplify the ones that do, and add the ones needed to become the man you inspire to be

In my experience, I HAD TO experience a certain amount of pain in order to force MYSELF to develop those healthy, self improving habits. For example with myself, I hated my physique every time I looked in the mirror so it forced me to hit the gym everyday and dial in my macros/calories. I like that ratio there. To play devil's advocate (not an adversarial one) how do you know those %'s, if you arent at least loosely tracking your calories? Great starting video though man! Short and sweet.
Appreciate the question. Most people give no thought or intention to what they eat. Just the sheer fact someone is placing some intention on what they eat I found caused my clients to lose weight. They were doing zero calorie counting they were just mindful of what they ate and followed the rule.

I felt the same way, but I took a look at his other videos and opened my mind up a little bit to what he's actually saying here in this video. Hopefully it will help me.
First 2 seconds had me excited
And people who care to try have hope
So wait a second, I pay 10$ a month and get to exercise every day on their equipment. Yet somehow, I'm getting ripped off? I never skipped going to the gym any day ever. Was probably the best 10$ i ever spent when I was homeless.
I was going to join planet fitness because it looked good on TV but would really turned me off was how they didn’t just want your debit card information and they wouldn’t accept cash. It had to be over a card, but they also wanted your bank account information as well all of it And I was told by the lady you have to make them basically a joint member on your account. And it bothered me and when I brought it up with him, I’m like well I’m not comfortable doing that. I have no problem paying cash even you know like the first of the month for the entire month kind of thing. They told me no that they used to do it that way, but that this way people didn’t have to worry about paying them and they didn’t have to worry about not getting paid. And then when I told him I can understand that, but even other gyms either allow you to pay cash or a debit card why do you need access to my bank account, and she didn’t wanna give me an answer to that. But apparently I was able to find out that they rip you off. They don’t give you what they promise and they automatically charge your account for things that you never signed up for and trying to get that money back is a pain in the ass, especially because they have access to your bank account account so you can’t just like switch a debit card or something. At least that’s what I heard from multiple former members of planet fitness. After she told me that I left and asked somebody who I knew used to go there and that’s how I found this out.
I have a membership to Planet Fitness. In addition, I have a membership to my community rec centers because they have indoor tracks (avid runner) and weight rooms. If a gym has free weights, I’m in. I can be anywhere and work out. I don’t need a boutique gym.

most BS vid i've ever seen @@ just need the step 3 tbh. To lose weight, then add diet in it, everybody have different daily routine, so pick the right diet is the key to lose weight. Want muscle, eat more lean meat. Want joint mobility, stretch and joint exercises. Want to look jack fast, get supplements.
