The General and Mr. Gashumba just advised not to waste time in things that don't build you, only for this one at the end in the clip, asking question why English was used to deliver the message?! Why do you guys like 'bang the emboro on the grave?' English is Uganda's National Language and it is the medium for communication in our schools and all all sectors. Internationally, it is the No.1 medium of communication to transact business. I remember being in school with TZ students. Their coming to Ug schools, was for a chance to learn spoken English. A Lady in the clip, just advertised their abroad scholarships and education. Am very much sure, they are for Western Europe and North American Schools. Recently I saw the state Min. of Disaster gaining a Doctorate from Moscow. It is the cheapest you can get and they are non-recognizable in the western world because of the misinformation and how they have indoctrined their syllabuses to curry anti-western messages, so, to promote their own Russian culture, where text, for example, that says electricity bulb was developed and discovered in England, they have changed this text and replaced it with Russia. This is false and there are lots of such. You can not work with such people. The English man is not bothered, if you speak English or not. He is concerned that Democracy, Human Rights and Sovereignty is upheld world over. Russia and Putin have been pushing aggressively anti-western messages around the world. On the African continent, they are spreading false information on colonialism and western European culture, on RT on UBC. I believe, is reason some Ugandans have anti-western tendencies like the chap above on spoken English. It is here to stay my friend. You can advocate for regional culturalism for identity preservation and if you want Swahili, push for diversity and multi-culturalism. Today, the only country that is destroying culture and norms is Russia and Putin through it's wars on the People of Ukraine, waging a war on the Government of Khartoum, Sudan through its proxies, Wagner and rebel groups and it's proxy anti - African Union, BRICS. They talk of anti-colonialism and that they helped African countries defeat colonialism. They used us to defeat their enemies in Europe outside Europe. Colonialism brought us Education, Democracy, Economics, Religion etc. Russia brought war, crime, poverty and death on the African continent with their AK47. Russia is the only country that remains a colonizer, in Northern Japan, Mongolia, Siberia, Northern China, and they are at it again in Africa, in a clever way, in Central Africa, Mali, Chad, they have taken Darfur and robbing it of its Gold and Diamonds from CAR. The Chap who attacked English in the clip above, am very sure, has been feeding on Russian propaganda. Look above, what they are, before you start listening and talking to them. Take the advise of the General and Gashumba. 'If you do not act, they will take what your Dads fought and died for'.
