Anyway 2020 storytime It was quarantine, and my mute cousin came over to stay with us. She don’t bother nobody, so I was confused when this girl started beefing with her for no reason. Like, how you got drama with someone who don’t even talk? One day, we’re outside, and the girl pulls up acting bold. She’s yelling, trying to start something, but my cousin just stares at her like, girl, be for real. Before I could even say anything, another girl-who had been waiting on this moment-came out of nowhere and rocked her. I’m talking full beatdown. The girl was on the ground, screaming, while we just stood there watching karma do its thing. But she wasn’t done. She called her step-dad, and he actually pulled up trying to act tough-with a pew pew. Next thing we knew, the cops were on him fast. He got locked up, and the girl disappeared after that. Moral of the story? Don’t mess with people for no reason-karma always spins the block.

The Swiss meringue is like that cause the egg whites separated, so if your going to you any meringue, use it day of you making it the cake and eat it day of, as the egg whites will separate, if it happens re whip, but other then that the cake looks good, but crumb coat and chill is helpful, when icing and you need to smooth it use a little warm water and an off set spatula if you own one it will help, but keep up the good work

Ingredients please?

I have a little tip for you. After you do your crumb coat, if you're staying with buttercream to icing your cake... Go on and put your buttercream on and let it sit for a bit and crust over. Get some viva paper towels, tear off a piece of paper towel and lay it on your cake and use your hand & lightly rub to smooth your icing. If the icing still has some "wet" spots it'll show on the paper towel. Let it sit a little longer and use a fresh piece of viva paper towel and lightly rub with your hand again. I get perfectly smooth cakes that way
