When I have free time I like to translate videos of songs I like or feel that were left lost in time, I use it as an exercise for Japanese and to analyse the lyrics in the process. I try to find the poetry in the songs while trying my best to not loose the exact words in the translation as much as possible. Additionally I sometimes do edits or variety videos.
Hope the artists won't be mad, I don't plan on monetize any of those videos.
I translate both to English and Spanish.

Happy 37th Anniversary BUCK-TICK. When I first watched the Miss Take video I recognised immediately the static fingers scene in Melancholia but in my opinion there is more, not only in the video but also the lyrics (by Hisashi Imai) that may also reference the theme of the film. I've already posted this with subtitles both in Spanish and English, here I'm posting only the video. I saw this performance long ago and thought the visuals were very beautiful so I decided to edit the video adding extra visuals that matched and enhanced the whole ethereal/galactic vibe.

I have watched about the first thirty minutes of Melancholia years ago, but never finished it. The comparison shots do look very similar. I will revisit this movie later.

This was so beautiful! Thank you so much for adding the visuals and english subtitles I had made plans to go see them earlier this year.. Everytime I listen to their music, It's still hard to grasp that Astushi Sakurai has passed on.. Watching and listening to this song brought me to tears.

can you provide more context? Was the MV based on the movie?
I made another video talking about it in more detail, it's not confirmed (I believe) that it was based of the movie by the artists but it does match in certain references both lyrically and the MV. The biggest similarity being the static fingers in slow motion but this is all an interpretation.
This live version simply blew my mind
