INTJ Walks Into a Bar
INTJ Processing. Probably the best and most simple demonstration of what goes on after reflected light enters an INTJ's eyeballs; whether at a social gathering or driving on the road.

Number Plate / License Plate Auction - NSW March 2016
Переглядів 7797 років тому
Recent auctions by Shannons in NSW were: #357 $120,000, #260 $130,000, #243 $142,000. Lower numbers command higher value. A two digit VIC plate may have sold for $300,000 in 2010, but by 2016 two digit plates were bringing in over $500,000. Single digits rarely change hands. Six or seven years ago NSW #6 was sold for around $1 Million. It is the same in Victoria and to a lesser degree in other ...

Hand Of God, by Alan Bennett, with Eileen Atkins monologue
WOW!
Brilliant!!!! A true treasure!!! Thank you.
Absolutely Brilliant ❤
When I have finished an Alan Bennett monologue I feel so full, stimulated and stunned at the same time. What just happened?
Jim Carter who was Mr Carson in Downtown Abbey
Teddy Bears are a minefield 😂😂
"Beetroot slacks." "Wizened egg custard."
Oh the irony that the trick of pretending to be interested in something other than what you are really interested in, that Celia talks loftily of at the beginning, is then played on her by the ‘young blood from Christie’s’ who buys the frame with the Michelangelo encased. Brilliant writing by Alan Bennett. I remember watching this when it was first shown on the BBC way back in 1988 and being enthralled.
As an Australian as still can’t stop laughing when it’s Ren 😂
2024 australia, mining booms, Aboriginal culture supposedly respected and yet NOTHING has changed. Except one thing, white and black australians are equally FCKED by the EVIL SCUM that run this country. It is only a matter of time before we are ALL wiped out and the only thing that linked us is, WE ALL WERE SCREWED! We could have come together, yet failed.
❤
Holy cow !!!!! What a twist. Yikes! Terrific storytelling.
Two human beings sharing mutual comprehension. What a wonderful world this would be...
I won't touch pictures. I've seen too many fingers burned.
True down to earth humour, not the BS woke garbage you get on the idiot box nowadays
What a vulture of a woman.
This film needs to be shown.!🤣🤣🤣🤣
You can fold a suzukis windshield? I thought only jeeps broncos and the old fj cruises had this ability
You have to buy the hardware package and install it,
Absolutely beautiful video. ❤️❤️❤️
I found this really gripping and a little ironic, but that’s what makes Alan Bennett such a great writer. He knows how to keep the audience attention.
This is what happens when two intelligent, decent humans talk with each other.
Sad the state of political correctness we live in now. Tip your hats lads, true comedy is dead!!!
Enjoy complaining while you can before all whites are sent back from where they came.
The bear kissing the man with the man’s face in the bears mouth is very scary.
Thinking out loud, great background song :)
I saw this onstage in New York, 15 or 20 years ago, and was reminded of it recently--thought 'Wonder if that's on UA-cam"--of course it was. I don't think it was Atkins I saw. I think it was someone less renowned--but as I remember it the performance was actually better. The ending wasn't so strictly pathetic--the character mixed pathos with a rueful self-awareness, She felt sorry for herself, but couldn't hide a hint of acknowledgement that she got what she deserved. She appreciated the irony. I don't feel that here. Edit---An internet search reveals the actress I saw was Brenda Wehle. I've never heard of her and she doesn't have a Wikipedia page. She apparently won an Obie for her performance, though, and on one night, at least, she was better than the illustrious Eileen Atkins (in my amateur opinion).
If you enjoyed this monologue, PLEASE do yourself a service and check out these other brilliant Bennet works.... A Woman of no Importance, A Lady of Letters, Ms. Fozzard finds her Feet, Soldiering On, A Chip in the Sugar, Bed Among the Lentils, Waiting for the Telegram, A Cream Cracker under the Settee, The Outside Dog... they are all some of my favorite words ever put to paper!
So far I've seen Bed Among the Lentils with the inimitable Maggie Smith RIP, A Chip in the Sugar, A Lady of Letters, A woman of No Importance and this one. Thanks for sharing some of Alan Bennett's other works!
I love these! I wish we could get a complete “Waiting for the Telegram” too. I listen to these over and over. Love them! Thanks for this channel 🙏🏼🥰❣️
@@karenhartman9774After reading your post I searched the internet and found the complete episode on Daily Motion. It’s worth the effort.
Funny that 'Playing Sandwiches' is rarely mentioned, and not included in most people's list of Talking Heads. The subject matter to scary for them, I guess.
Plus one of my all time favourites ' The Clothes they stood up in' Brilliant
These monologues are just marvelous. So typically, and perfectly Bennett. I adore them.
0:24 Oooh that's...a hug alright...a bear...hugging a man...with it's canines...yup that's a hug...a very safe one
Absolutely brilliant...

The world lost a great man when rogers passed away. Just as it did when bob ross died.
There will never be another Mr.Rogers. There was no faking it with him, he wore his heat on his sleeve and did it for the benefit of the children.
He is one of my heroes. My dad died when I was sixteen. It was so wonderful to sit with my much younger sister and brother and learn from Fred Rogers. He made a difficult situation so much better.
A real spirtual teacher Mr Roger's. Thank you, see you in heaven darling man. May l take on the challenge and obligation of kindness everyday.
U fuc**** trump need MR. ROGERS X million.

He killed SMG4 7 years before he was born.
You're saying that farmers are getting hold of this stuff from China and India. Farmers are not going to spay football ovals with it or road side weeds. They're spraying their crops and we're eating the food. This isn't good enough. First and foremost the farmers are being fooled and poisoned before sending on to the consumer.
I want to know if dioxin is still being sprayed on food crops in Australia. 2019.
