"What? Is she going to eat me?" Fear filled my heart. She looked at me and then said, "No, I won’t eat you alone, I’m going to dip you in tea!"
My tiny arms and legs started shaking with fear. "Dip me in tea? But tea is so hot!" I thought, "Will my innocence, my shape, my sweetness, all disappear in the tea cup? Am I going to die?"
In my heart, I recalled the little life I had. And just as I was lost in my thoughts, the girl took me closer to a cup of tea. Watching the steam rise from the hot tea, my courage began to fade. The girl lifted me happily and dipped me into the tea. As soon as I entered the hot tea, a loud cry escaped me... My arms and legs began to dissolve slowly, and I became soft and vanished. In an instant, my shape, my face, my smile, everything mixed into the deep dark color of the tea.
"This was the moment," I thought, "I am going to die." But just then, after dipping me in the tea, she gently tasted me with her lips.
And happily said, "How delicious!" At that moment, peace entered my being, and I accepted my end.
In the end, I was a finished biscuit, but my sweetness and my shape, which had once dissolved in the tea, remained in the girl’s smile. My life's purpose had been fulfilled because I made someone's day a little happier.
