No swing assistance, in the game it’s actually swing steer assistance, is when the player has to manually swing and physics is applied more. So basically you have to make an effort to avoid things like walls and cars. Plus time your swings out. You can play around with how much swing assistance you want to use on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the easiest way to swing without crashing. No swing steering assistance lets you go faster too
