Just getting in to your video, I would like to ask you to remove the 14mm nut and pull off the item that rotates. I want to say it's the fly wheel. Then check if you're tiny half moon shaped woodruff key could slitly be damaged. The reason I suggested this is when you started it up for the first time that nut was loose. Also I would like to more about this new engine. And all the info to possibly order my self one. Q:by chance did the nice looking exhaust come with the purchase of the engine kit? Or is it sold separately? Thank's, I hope you didn't have to send the motor kit back.

22:36 The expansion chamber is for the high rpm, a regular pipe will have 1 to 2 hp but when you have tuned timing on your exaust port to match the pipe than you can get up to 6+ hp when you get ":on the pipe", usually over 7k which most china dolls can't achieve. Dirtbikes have a Power Valve to raise the exhaust opening higher and broaden the power band to get the best of both worlds , good bottom and excellent top end performance. a stock pipe will have better bottom end and a expansion chamber pipoe will have better top end and slightly less bottom end power. Yo, Bro. Cool build I wouldn't use that idler/tensioner on the power side ,,, I did and the bearing was denigrated in 2 days of riding. The idler is suppose to be on the slack side, shorten the chain and get rid of the top idler. ill post a picture of the results or the idler on the power side. And the wiring looks horrid being wrapped around the frame.looks. It like a candy cane, just saying. I posted a picture on my community tab and tagged you as well.

Why won't mine charge my lithium battery past 13.3 volts?

I have the first charging option turned on in all circumstances, when the battery is charging, does the charge controller turn off? I feel like it is still charging and I haven't seen it interrupt charging. What does it look like when the controller detects that the battery is sufficiently charged? What does the controller do? How does it behave?

When I am on my bicycle gas assisted or not, I consider myself to be still a pedestrian. Here's why I believe that... Every time I stop my feet are on the ground just like a pedestrian, when I pedal to get going that's human power because the engine needs the main sorce to crank its throttle to get going which is the bottom bracket to the pedals that I walk with, my vehicle began as a toy and turned into my commuter which is lighter than what I weigh totally, it has no cabin for seat belts and the only one in danger is myself. Our roads are funded by tax dollars, we all pay for the roads, we all must share the roads. The roads were designed for vehicles but allows all citizens for use which is why cars and trucks etc are held to an automotive standard that bicycles and even motorcycles are not. Just because they have to follow the same rules of the road does not classify them in the same category of product. It does not mean they are not pedestrians, people who say pedestrians only exist on a crosswalk are just incorrect. Where I am does not have crosswalks, or sidewalks so if I jwalk I am entitled to my two feet getting me to where I need to be but of course I will wait for clearance in traffic I'm not saying cars have to stop for me. Bicycles are human powered toys, in America we have the liberty to use them as we please. They can be used as vehicles but that does not make them a vehicle. Just like a GUN is a TOOL not a weapon, technically I am the weapon ultimately and not the gun that's why I don't have a gun because I have everything around me.
