Honestly that's not nearly enough evidence to speculate, there are cases where stream sniping is obvious but this isn't one of them. 7:10 can easily be just hesitation to call and then just playing normally. 7:41 is what people often do when they're trying to give each other hints. For example if the 3rd player shakes their head, it can indicate they have multiple aces and they think biboo is lying.
