My two cents - don’t spread yourself too thin. Better to do one thing really well, and that one thing should be the authentic you, not something you think the listeners want. I like watching you when you’re talking about what you like! And don’t be hard on yourself, you’ve got a lot of people who tune in for you, not just for your content, but to hear you and what you have to say. Be true to that and you won’t fail. You don’t need 2 or 3 channels - do one really really well!
