i've tried UV light w/ H2O2 on tumeric stain and it seemed to work ok on first treatment but on second treatment it seems to have become pink. any suggestions?
Is it pink because it’s pulling green from carpet color? Can you share a photo of what you mean?
The pink can be from color being pulled or stain still present. It’s important to determine which to know how to proceed. If color pulled, it will need to be dyed. Can you share a picture?
What kind of dye for wool rugs and wall hangings?
So dyes are fiber specific. For wool fibers you need the DyeBold Specialty Dyes.

Very interesting. I’ve been taught on poly carpet you could only “color over” but I see your adding the yellow back like a nylon fiber color restoration.
Yes exactly! You can find the Everything Else dyes at our store www.TheDyeboldStore.com The great thing about these dyes is that they also work for cotton and viscose (if you work with rug dyeing, it will come in handy :) ).

This is a way to show what is possible to do after our Carpet Dyeing Made Easy training, yes.
What?? This is color-matching with dye using the 3 primary colors. Not only are you exposing the surrounding material with extra color, but you are using "color theory" to match the original carpet color. This is a skill that should not be marketed as a "product".

Is there an advantage to steaming the area as opposed to using a hot pot? I like your videos; thank you !
It is about your preference really. Most spray bottles cannot support the heat needed for the needed temperature so heat setting is a must. The one machine that has 4,000 watts of heating power is no longer for sale, but that works well, especially for large full room dyeing areas.
