We are real estate investors Tiffany and Eric Vogel, founders of www.onpurposeinvestor.com.
In 2017 we began our real estate investment journey together after just one year of dating - before we even got married! We bought our first property with an FHA loan and zero equity. Each of us have a unique set of strengths that we bring to our partnership. Eric often uses his Army National Guard experience and discipline to help with mapping out goals and paths. Tiffany found that she didn’t want to completely abandon working in the corporate world, so she continues to consult part-time, in addition to her real estate investing. After achieving FIRE (financial independence retire early), we set our vision to share our story with others and help them pursue their ideal lives.

Subscribed. Good, good content! (I'm a cable guy) Podcast worthy! I feel that the content you shared is goodninthat it invokes questions you need to be asking as you start your journey. The content is shallow but massively wide. It doesn't get into the types of deeds, types of LLCs, tax breaks, ...etcetera. It gives you the tools to ask and research those questions. Good content. Im looking forward to hearing more. (Im interested in the idea of pyramid scheme real estate venture. It wouldn't be profitable to the owner, but it may allow an explosive growth. It heavily relies on community/tenent support)

Without using leverage, I won’t be able to ever buy a rental property. But leveraged real estate only does well when the value goes up. Use it wisely.

Great video. I did business with Adrian for 10 years, he's a good man. On a lighter note, I didn't know he was a sloppy tenant as a teenager, I guess that made him a great landlord. He and his mother are good people. I met Adrian at a time in my life where I needed somebody to be understanding and patient. Small world, I just stumbled across his video here, I live in a different state now. I'm gonna get in touch with him. (Probably worth noting, my profile picture is from one of his old rental properties, Smile).
