Simple slow cooker chicken stock recipe.
I'm down 19kg since March and the two things that really pushed me to keep going were having to tie my belt tighter and people commenting on me looking different/having lost weight.
Nice. I’ve lost 9kg in 3 months just cutting out carbs. Lost a ton of water weight. Still have the cravings but just stuff my face with cheese and salami instead of candy
@@juliancampelll 😂 fat definitely is delicious 🤤9kg in 3 months is impressive mate. Keep it up 👍🏻
@@ryanneilan3223 that awesome Ryan. Those little comments help a lot in the journey. What’s the type of eating that’s working for you?
Great Info. Do you have any recommendations with respect to how many meals per day or grams of protein? Or is this a kind of 'eat when you're hungry don't eat when you're not' given its protein, zero carb and no calorie counting. I've been a ketovore for 2 years and they stress keeping complex carbs (Broccoli etc) under 20 total grams per day to stay in ketosis.
@@kimgesell8235 haven’t measured food at all. Eat when you are hungry and if you need to be even more strict just stick to the lean meat and no green vegetables at all and be careful how loose you are on refeed days.
Great info thanks! I've downloaded your ebook and I'm gonna start ASAP! Cheers
@@brianphillips7420 awesome mate. Let me know how it goes

A man in his 50s that has never worked a physically demanding job in his entire life. Siting behind a desk for 8 hours a day for 20 years is a far cry from a tradesman who worked concrete construction or on an oil derrick, or in a coal mine or 20 years active duty military. See how great your body is after physically abusing it as part of your career for 20 years. Get hurt on the job, still have to work, get sick, still have to work....
for sure mate. Everyone is in a different situation. As for my client Rick if he kept living the way he was in his 30s his body and mind would be in a much worse place than it is now after deciding to get fit and strong. The good thing is you can start to become stronger and have less pain, better flexibility whether you have been a tradie for 30yrs or a desk jockey. We can always improve from where we are if we choose to.
Stay strong 👏👏

Thank you for sharing, brother. I had my ACL reconstruction very recently on the 19th, and I still have a swollen knee. I'm hoping to get rid of it soon. Physio helps a lot in strengthening all the muscles around the knee. It's hard to move them, but I have to. Power to you, brother!
No problem mate. Yeah I’m a week post surgery and still have swelling but it’s going down. Amazing how tight and tender it feels!
Yes
Hi, thank you for sharing your experience and I will be doing the surgery tomorrow and wish me luck ✌️
Awesome brother. Let me know how it went!
The link for the blueprint doesn't work
Should work now brother. Thanks for letting me know
Hi I've had total knee replacements both knees, 10 plus on the pain scale but a few years down the line all ok no pain at all so good luck
Oh wow. Glad it’s good for you now. Thanks for message mate.
Why arent you doing your pcl at the same time, good luck brother i know your pain, i'm going through the same thing right now.
It was only torn so the surgeon said it’s better let it heal by itself rather than doing surgery on it. He said it will probably heal back stronger naturally instead of doing surgery
Have had surgery yet?
Good luck brother. You will be back stronger 👊🏽
Cheers Riley. Appreciate it
Specially in sunny countries
Taht was informative. Keep going
Thanks mate. Appreciate it :)
not a priority i feel
agreed
i'll give this a try as a dessert type bread. i'm worried that a cup of peanut butter might throw me out of keto. i've been making this keto bread recipe. it uses all fiber ingredients basically and makes really good sliced bread for sausages and hot dogs as it's super flexible and soft. ua-cam.com/video/J236s0iCJQk/v-deo.html
Lemon is a nice addition, gotta try that
and some extra garlic is great too!
Looks great!! Can you tell us what the the macros and calorie content is?
I just roughly calculated 2049 cals 57.5g of carbs 101g of protein 160g of fat. I am going to make another one and try adding protein powder and creatine to see how it goes. Bump up the protein content.
Can you usealmo d butter as well?
Probably. Give it a shot. The smoothness of the peanut butter is probably a benefit to have a cake lake batter. If you try it with almond butter then let me know.
If someone tries this, let us know
I should absolutely try this
Do it! Let me know what you think.
I really dislike cottage cheese, but i would like to get more protein in my breakfast. Does the cottage cheese just disappear into the eggs or can you still taste it when theyre done?
Depends on how hard/much you scramble the mix together. Start small and see how that goes
Exactly what I needed, thank you so much
No problem Bruce. Enjoy
Who is the "we" who knows eggs are the perfect protein? Not me... Some of us are vegans, some are lactose intolerante.
They are considered a complete source of high quality protein because they contain all nine essential amino acids and healthy fats.Lactose intolerant ppl can eat em just take out the cottage cheese. Unfortunately you are missing out on natures super food (besides organ meats) being vegan. I was vegetarian fo 5 years but still consumed eggs as I was sick of overeating tofu on lentils trying to get my protein in.
Who asked
Regardless of whether you choose to eat it or not, it doesn’t change the fact that it is the perfect source for protein and a super food packed with great nutrients. Facts don’t care about your feelings, they’re great for your body.
We is most people
is this a question??
It can be. I listed some of the benefits in the description. Couldnt fit them all in!
Excellent!
Many thanks!
Thanks for sharing!
no problem mate!
Can girls not do this orrr
Man, nearly 800 calories or so in this one -might stick to a Mars bar haha
Yeah definitely keep it for a few tastings. I wouldn’t be eating it in one sitting!
Hmm never tried hard boiled eggs but I have many times put raw eggs in it! Vince geronda style 😎
Thumbless grip and no safetys without a spotter. Or you could use some basic common sense, jesus christ.
Idk why people are crying over it. Every time I don't have a partner or my gym is empty, I clear the space around and use this method. Never had a problem with it.
I would of personally added cucumber in there for fibre and water intake but thats just me. Good going though nonetheless! 💪
Yeah good idea. I usually add some green veggies in when I do the 25 days. Will go for some cucumber next time 👊🏻
bros got the death grip equipped
Death grip on bench is one thing (I often do it because it feels comfortable and helps keep my wrists stacked), but death grip on incline really is a death wish
Thats what i do!!!
🔥
Maybe lift a weight you can manage on your own when you don’t have a training partner…
💯 but sometimes you may not have a training partner and you decide to go a touch too heavy or try that last rep and fail. I’d rather slid the plates off rather than choke
You know what is failure?
@@davt1363 usually when the bar stops and you cannot continue the lift id say.
@@optimisedman people in this comment section don't know that. They think that failure equals too much weight.
@@davt1363 yes good point.
I prefer using safeties in a rack like that. That way you dont drop weight on peoples feet or have the bar slamming into something you cant control...
I like going full range. Just a suggestion for people. Sliding the plates off is not that difficult
@@optimisedman but you can go full range with the pins. Set it just below the chest. If you fail you just push it foward towards your stomach on incline and it slides out on the pins... You can go full range on flat too. If you fail, just push it towards your neck and slide out underneath. cause the neck is lower than your chest. Having 4-8 plates flying everywhere isn't safe lol
@@bsrkoacar8414 for sure. With that many plates i can see the issue. Iv just seen a few vids where people have gotten stuck under the bar on the neck and have been lucky someone in the gym saw them as rolling it off wasn't going to happen.
