Great Info. Do you have any recommendations with respect to how many meals per day or grams of protein? Or is this a kind of 'eat when you're hungry don't eat when you're not' given its protein, zero carb and no calorie counting. I've been a ketovore for 2 years and they stress keeping complex carbs (Broccoli etc) under 20 total grams per day to stay in ketosis.

@@kimgesell8235 haven’t measured food at all. Eat when you are hungry and if you need to be even more strict just stick to the lean meat and no green vegetables at all and be careful how loose you are on refeed days.

A man in his 50s that has never worked a physically demanding job in his entire life. Siting behind a desk for 8 hours a day for 20 years is a far cry from a tradesman who worked concrete construction or on an oil derrick, or in a coal mine or 20 years active duty military. See how great your body is after physically abusing it as part of your career for 20 years. Get hurt on the job, still have to work, get sick, still have to work....

for sure mate. Everyone is in a different situation. As for my client Rick if he kept living the way he was in his 30s his body and mind would be in a much worse place than it is now after deciding to get fit and strong. The good thing is you can start to become stronger and have less pain, better flexibility whether you have been a tradie for 30yrs or a desk jockey. We can always improve from where we are if we choose to.

They are considered a complete source of high quality protein because they contain all nine essential amino acids and healthy fats.Lactose intolerant ppl can eat em just take out the cottage cheese. Unfortunately you are missing out on natures super food (besides organ meats) being vegan. I was vegetarian fo 5 years but still consumed eggs as I was sick of overeating tofu on lentils trying to get my protein in.
