@ we roll up the mattress and duvet and pillows at the door/ tailgate end of the bed then slide the rock and roll bed back trapping the bedding between the back of the seat and the doors so when we need the bed we just pull the bed out and unroll the bedding if that makes sense, we used to put all the bedding in stuff sacks but it’s a faff ! We’ve not been away for two weeks and i,m getting cabin fever !

Hi guys thanks for watching we don't have much space for bedding really. We have sleeping bags but to be honest they are a bit thin. Last year we just took the quilt off our bed and used that. We are still working on a solution, we are lucky to have a diesel heater as well. If you have a campervan like ours you are a bit limited for space for bulky bedding . Buying our van was the best thing we ever did! Go for it!

@AJ-qn6gd Hi, what great tips! We prefer sleeping downstairs, it's much cosier, but don't know where we would put all our stuff if we didn't have tent or awning. We have heard alot about these duvalay mattresses, we must investigate. We love how cosy it is in our van. TV on, glass of something nice. Heaven!! We shall also be wild camping I'm sure at some point, life is too short. Thank you for watching and happy travels!

Moved on? You are right, we have had over 600 nights "freecamping" usually away from park4night spots. Asked to move by an OZ women in Ireland from a beach where we had just arrived at lunchtime and parked next to a sign saying no overnight parking. We did'nt plan to stay there anyway - nasty woman. Same happened in Wales, an English women said we can't park opposite her house in an unrestricted area on a wide road, she was nasty with it too. The press love to stir up hatred of us campervan folk, mostly lies of course.

@tommo9757 Hi, agreed, yes just a tent really, much better for use in the summer and the extra headroom. I remember on our first camping trip, before the pop top, we emerged, all crumpled from the toasty van in the morning. It was minus 5 and we sat and had a cuppa, there were people sleeping in tents! @@maisiem2429 hiya, unfortunately we didn't do the inclusive plus, but we met a couple in the pool who said they had, but it didn't make much difference. On the normal one you could not get the premium brands, eg Jack Daniels, but we managed. Also after a certain time the snack bar is not available, but that didn't bother us because we'd had enough food in the day anyway. Might be best to look.at the current small print.👌

@@jackieandtony7108 my partner has a couple of apps on her phone , one is park for the night and the other is Brit stops (I think that’s right) sometimes we just wing it and find somewhere where we think we’ll be alright not had any bother so far and never been moved on, stayed in some lovely places and nearly always free 👍🏻🇬🇧
