I just ordered this from FPVBUILDSRC and they upgraded the gear to metal and the spinners are now red and the engine nacelles now have a nice red strip on it. so its a much better bird and the retract issue is also resolved

Lovely plane (im on my second) but electronics are total crap.. retracts last less than a year even with careful landings.. ESCs burned up on mine after 4 years and not that many flights

Mine took a little fiddling w cg and elevator throw to balance slightly nose heavy for stable stunt flying, yet not nose over on landing. Great plane, but the long wire retracts on grass are its Achilles heel.

This jet has no Gyro right?

Does it fly on a 3S battery too?

Nice flight...and EDF. At 9:58 the down pressure is because you're nose heavy in your battery placement. Always back, if you want comfort.

Biplanes always tend to look bouncy cause it doesnt take hardly anything to gain lift with all that extra wing area available to the pilot

I agree it is a fantastic flying jet, although in order to fit a larger battery in, you have to cut away the foam at the back of the battery compartment. I've flown it with a 3200 4s, and it won't take much mor weight than this.....the extra battery weight is very noticeable on this small jet....

Beautiful airframe, "interesting" flight. Curious, at 4:53 does the reverse thrust (not reverse servo) with the ducted fan cause any major turbulence within the fuselage that may cause damage to any of the electronics?

Yes there is a Difference and the 4000 is much much better in the way it flies

2200s are way way to light for the fw190 i run a 3300 and i think 4000 would be even better for more scale like flying.
