One Percent ( 1% ). Aim to improve yourself by one percent each day. We can do that, right?
I Did 500 Pull Ups.
Hey, ya'll. This is just a random video of me doing 500 pull-ups in the catalog. Well, I obviously did not film all my sets, but I just wanted to upload something.
This challenge was testing, to say the least. That many reps is certainly daunting, which is where most of the fun comes from. Would I say you should try it out? Hmm... probably not. I have been told that I'm insane, so adjust for your own level, 100, 200, 300 whatever it may be. Try it out.
Also, I'm going to delete this video soon...

Goals & Systems: Creating Systems to Achieve Goals
Переглядів 1522 місяці тому
Hey Guys! Welcome to a brand new video. This one is all about our 'Goals' and 'Systems'. This whole video was sparked with a quote "We do not rise to the level of our goals instead, we fall to the level of our systems." Essentially in our pursuit of achieving our goals, we often neglect our systems, the things we do every day that most of us think nothing about, but what if those things are wha...

yessir!
True grit!!!!
😤💪🏾
That's insane bro, how long did it take you to train to get 500 pull ups?????
I didn't train specifically for 500, because endurance isn't really my thing. Generally I train weighted with lower reps. So, doing that consistently over a period of time, in my case 3 years helped me achieve 500 reps.
Scrolled through your page. You've got some good filmography. Keep improving!
Appreciate it! Thank you for checking out the channel 😁
Well well
Gotta be strong
This is actually good content. Looks professional. If you could just fix the audio on some recordings. Otherwise thomas frank, ali abdal, better think typa quality right there🔥🔥🔥
I've been meaning to purchase an actual microphone. Which will be happening real soon

Exercising twice a day doesn't even make sense bro. U need to give your muscles time to rest. 4 liters of water is also stupid because u only need 2. Don't drink soda or alcohol. Other habits are fine
I realized the issue of the exercise and water very quickly into the challenge. Luckily it was for a short period and did it during a holiday which made it easier but in terms of long term, especially during moments where a lot could be going on. It definitely is not the play.
This is actually false for two reasons. Firstly, resistance training twice a day can, and has been, a very effective training strategy. By and large, your muscles recover during sleep. Splitting what would be an hour’s worth of a push workout into two 30 minute sessions can be an excellent way to provide the same stimulus for growth, while having more energy during workouts, and it allows for people with tighter schedules to work out more. Secondly, if you have the two sessions being different forms of exercise (eg weights in the morning and running in the night) this is a perfectly valid training split, and the muscles that fatigue during the weights session play little role in the running session, which mostly exhausts the heart.
Those are certainly some good points 🤔 Thank you for your addition 😁
Well that's amazing, I'm going to join in your challenge
Let's do it! Make sure you add things you can do everyday without fail and you're set. Let's get better together 😤🤝🏾
Great advice, thank you!
You're welcome! 😁

That's awesome. Definitely keep at it and then a year later you can look back on how far you've come!
Great video ! Very informative on each point discussed without including generic or attention catching speech, also quite thought provoking. Keep it up man
I do try to just get straight to it, although I feel like I something is missing from time to time. Though... that will get better with time and practice. Glad you enjoyed the video and definitely will 😁🙏🏾
