    I've seen this bivalve on other channels, where it is referred to as a 'Pen Shell'. Looking at it, I always thought it was related to mussels, but this is the first time I've seen it being called it!

    I used to see these things for sale in tanks in Korean restaurants and fish markets. Never knew what they were. Never would've thought they were edible until I saw them at restaurants, either. Didn't know what the Korean word for them was, so I was never able to order them. A pity.
