I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a terrible experience. The room was dirty and smelly, with cockroaches and other insects. The bathroom was unclean and had garbage from other guests. There was no water available in the bathroom for 6 hours, and the light was fluctuating all night. The entire premises were littered with garbage and bottles. A group of about 10 boys disturbed the main area and used my personal tent washroom. The food was bad, and the staff was unresponsive. Despite calling reception twice, I never received a mosquito coil. The manager, who was in Delhi, told me to cancel via MMT but did not resolve any of my issues. This resort has the worst hospitality I have ever got in my life ,, the staff is irresponsible,,rude and when asked for any service as shown and reflected in various brochures and videos they say"" sir sorry ye nhi hai,, humein nhi ptaaa ,,hum to employee hain"" We were a set of 5 families,, total 9 people and a kid ,, ALL DEFENSE OFFICERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND THEY DIDN'T GIVE DUE RESPECT AND CARRIED THEIR DUTIES,, THE TENTS WE RECEIVED WERE HAVING BEDSHEETS WITH SHOE MARKS AND DOG HAIRS ,, THE ONLY MISTAKE WE MADE WAS THAT WE MADE FULL ONLINE PAYMENT PRIOR REACHING THERE,, And these types of reply was by the duty manager,,, To authenticate my comment I have several videos that i shot during my stay,, If my comments are being read by any authority of LOTUS RESORT,, please contact The kind of staff u have ,,they will shut down ur resort ,,, Ur staff forges the bills and adds that a customer has not ordered A FULL CHEAT TEAM WITH NO PROFESSIONAL ACUMEN WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO OTHERS UPON REACHING WHEN WE SAW THE CONDITION OF THE TENTS AND RESORT WE REQUESTED FOR REFUND WHICH THEY DENIED,, THERE WERE ATLEAST 2 GROUPS WHO COULD AFFORD MONETORY LOSS LEFT IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT AVAILING THE FACILITIES OF RESORT,, I DEMAND APOLOGY FROM RESORT AND REFUND OF HARD EARNED MONEY OF A FAUJI,, REALLY VERY POOR SHOW
