I mean they just said they look good together and somewhat suggested they might have feelings for each other, yet Atom immediately got triggered and defensive. I don't think the grades mattered in the coach selecting Atom as a manager. I feel it's a case where he was just there while he was thinking about it and maybe being friends with Kongthap helped the decision because that way it wouldn't be too awkward for him as a last minute intermin manager.

In Thai, Uncle (Lung) can be used when calling older people. We also call them sis, bro, auntie, grandpa, grandma, or even mom in friendly and informal situations even if you don't know them (mostly used when talking with sellers), but since this culture doesn't exist in English contexts, I think they had to use the word Uncle when making the subtitles. Anyway, love your reactions!

I know San Pang was just worried as a friend but he annoyed me so much during this arc in the novel. What does it have to do with him if Yuan likes Qian?! It's also like, yes, Yuan can like boys all he wants but he draws the line at his best friend being "turned" gay by him. Also, I was thinking of how to describe the difference btw the novel and the series. But basically, in the novel, it's about life and more about how Qian raised himself and the kids and the company. No, more like how he raised himself, not the company. While the series revolves more around the romance. They cut a lot of people and arcs out, so the whole experience really is only reading the novel. The series is more about Yuan and the romance. Not saying it's bad, quite the contrary. I love it and it was the whole reason I went after the novel.

I hated that they have written Taem as not interested in Yak in her appearance prior to this episode then throwing all of that here when they showed she has been interested all along.. I don't hate the character, I just hated how she is written

I think they were giving Luke the Japanese name and made him say the "-san" is because Luke is Japanese-American, them making him do the weird accent and them spealing Thai right after took me out though 😅🤣

Yak saw doc Ter's face instead of the face of Luke's character, that's why he reacted like this, you can rewatch it 2. That's the point - in the past Dee put their pic with doc Ter in the trash (the timing was different, it was his memories) but Yak found it again in the box so he didn't throw it in the trash
