To support horror games, I happily paid full price on launch day for this game although I already could see that it had a AA-level-technical-quality. However, I cannot continue playing this stupid game due to this bug, and this is unacceptable from Embracer Group (THQ/Nordic) because they have the resources to fix this shit game 😡😡

I can't believe you have to restart the game from the very beginning just to get past this. That's terrible. I'm not doing that haha They can do a patch 😂
You're absolutely right, I was also reluctant . But I wanted to test it, is it working or not. It was working, but this also means, that they were able to patch the game, but they couldn't do this with the saved files... It definitely took away some of my positive experience with the game.
I just got the game and it won't do the cut seen your saying I have to delete everything and restart the game ?
@@tamaspalencsar5303 yup they should patch it. But the studio has closed down now so they won't. Apparently the only way is to restart the game again with a new save (according to the internet)
@@712unwantedcommentSo, I have the game since April and I stoped playing when I reached The Hateful Mound. I just didn't have the state of mind to continue. When I saw the latest patch I jumped back to continue where I left, but I had the glitch. When I started over again I didn't delete the previous saves. It was working for me on Xbox series x, and also for my friends on PS5 too, but not to everyone on PC. They got some saved files through the THQ Nordic's site. Still, it was working for some, but not for everyone.
@@AwakeByDesignFAN69 That's what I saw too, and more than likely it's true. I didn't hear anything about a potential patch. So, I think you're right.
I didn't even get this far on chapter 2. My game glitches when you get to the window and it triggers a cut scene where you get thrown out of the window. But mine didn't trigger the cut scene so I'm just stuck and can't progress any further
Everyone told me, that it was happening (glitches) because we were using saved files before the last update. Now I just uploaded a video which shows I was able to go further, and I started the game from the beginning.
@@tamaspalencsar5303 oh ok. My save file was started from when I first got the game back in March so I'm not deleting that and starting again because of a glitch 😂

Same problem for me too. Tried with older save files but the problem returns.... I gave up.
PS5 owners (2 of them) told me, that when they started the whole game over, it was working properly. Initially they started a saved game, which has been saved before the last update, this caused the error. I did the same error. I'm just not ready to start over

Exactly! It is Testudo, but unfortunately most of my friends didn't know what Testudo is, but they heard about Phalanx. I was hoping when he says " Hold Testudo! " they'll google it.
