Loch Torridon is a 8x32 reel Scottish Country Dance devised by Barry Priddey and published in his Phantom Piper Book of Scottish Country Dances. We were introduced to the dance by friends in Dorset, but at that time there was no video of it. So we decided that we should make one so others might be encouraged to do this very enjoyable dance.

The Iona Reel is a Scottish Country Dance devised by Pearl Nelson and published in the Aotearoa Collection by RSCDS New Zealand Branch 1983. This was a dance we liked for which there was no video, so we decided to make one.

The Strathspey Scottish Country Dance was devised by the late Gordon Thomson for Gillian Barella who teaches SCD in Suffolk. It is danced by members of the Woodbridge Class of the Anglo Scottish Society of Ipswich, including Gillian herself, dancing as first woman.

The Saxtead Mill is a Scottish Country Dance devised by the late Fred Scott in Suffolk, UK. It is danced here by members of the Woodbridge Scottish Dance Class run by the Anglo Scottish Society of Ipswich, affiliated to the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society.
