Our expertise lies in machinery for industrial pipe preparations. We are specialized in Rotating Tool Lathes (RTL) that operate oppositely compared to the traditional tool lathes: the workpiece is fixed and the tool is rotating. Lift & Turn Pipe Handling System - Machining both pipe ends in seconds! - Copier Machinery
We developed automated pipe handling equipment that accomplishes in easy to operate, extremely reliable, and adequate to improve efficiency. The lift & turn pipe handling device is adjustable to several pipe sizes.
In essence, it is a roller bench that is equipped with steel ball transfer units that allow a pipe to move. The equipment lifts and turns the pipe to machine both ends of the workpiece in one operation in 15 seconds on average!

How to fix if the clamp is not working
How many time have you spent to center the pipe before the operation?

@@jancopier4800 ok! In case of pipes with different OD... We'd need to perform an adjustment in the centering, wouldn't we? In this kind of situation, how complex is this operation? How many time would we spend to do it?

Perfect machine
This needs audio...seems that bottom carbide tool got crashed, how in the world can a guy with those clumsy welding gloves do a tool change, every time you do a tool change the parts need to be cleaned!
