Bonkers 😂😂 it’s tipping down here in 🏴
Maybe she lives in an area with crows or territorial birds.
That’s so informative as well!! Awesome stuff & massive well done 🔥
females in the south wouldnt dare eat a donut
? haha
Well done. Both smashed it 💪👌
Hell yea Rachel, that takes strength
I also had an issue with pronunciation 😆 I did the 10k. Well done to you💕
@@sasifoodie well done to you too! Hard run that 😂😂😂 did you enjoy it!
@@rachrutherford that first hill was a killer right!? I had a great time though, lovely spot🌳
Congratulations Rachel, a great result. But more importantly it sounds as though you enjoyed most of it ❤ I used to live in Grantham & the castle is definitely pronounced Beaver - weird I know 🤷♀️ !! Congratulations again x
@@juliemckie72 thank you!!!!
Great result 🎉 🥈🙌🔥
@@CSRunner7 👏👏
Great video, looks like an amazing weekend!
Wow, great climb and cool weekend! Top Banana 🍌👍😁
He food rocks
Nice active weekend 😮👍👏 and of course strong jigsaw action 🧩😃
I found 0 new jigsaws I wanted on my search today, but I can't face doing the ones I've got again for at least a few months 😂😂
I think it's unethical for people to try and qualify for Kona in countries that don't have as much capitol or as you put it "are less well off".
What you said about extreme hunger feeling like 'if you don't eat you actually might die' is the best way i have heard to describe extreme (physical) hunger. I struggle to describe it but this is the closest, no other way to describe!
Hi was thinking about you earlier this week and wondering where you had got to as haven't seen a video pop up for a while. Glad u are doing well 😊
I think I’m doing average, still have a number of symptoms but they are a lot dialled down compared to this time last year. It’s still tough but I’m trying where I can not to moan about it you know! Hope you are well xx
Tan eik fai l am 22 years malaysia loph😄☺🤢😊😀😉hi
Jammy?
Wow
Thanks for posting. I was wandering how you were doing. Perfect timing for me . . .I’ve been so confused. Some days ED really controls all my thoughts and actions. Totally ruined my day yesterday. Hoping your Vblog can provide a better outcome today. keep fighting!!!
So proud of you! ❤
Chicken Ticka 😂
Stop walking, if I may say so. You need to rest as long as you’re tired.
Hiya, this video was a while ago :)
@@rachrutherford Good
Bravo ! I’m sure you will succeed. I also have a UA-cam channel on recovery, but in French, so I know what it’s like. I think you are great. Thank you for your channel.
Ya walking briskly there, kudos to you, doing brilliantly 👍
Hehehe thank you ☺️
You are doing so well 😊 It’s a difficult journey but you are working every day, and you WILL get there x
Thank you <3
I just want to say I appreciate your vulnerability in discussing the difficulties you’re dealing with in this process…AND continuing to commit to taking action anyway. That is true strength and you’re doing the thing while still having to wait for the longer term benefits (energy, mental stuff, etc). All of your feelings are valid, and you are also showing yourself, and all of us, that it can be done. I’m just getting back into real, hardcore recovery after a setback that kept me stalled at status quo, and I just want to say thanks for sharing the reality. I know it’s so hard, and exhausting (especially when also dealing with burnout), so please just take care of yourself in any way you can. You’re crushing it.
Thank you! It's honestly so so so hard, its like I don't think I've ever found something so hard and frustrating in my life. But I've realised now that we do only get one body, and I don't want to live the rest of my life as a shell! You've got this, this time next year just think you could be looking back at a completely different you!
@@rachrutherford Oh yeah, I’m of the mind it’s possibly the hardest thing we’ll ever have to do, and didn’t mean to imply otherwise, but you’re so right-I think eventually we finally get to that point of realizing we only have one life and this is the body we have for that life, and if we ever want to enjoy that life, we have to at least reach a place of body tolerance and/or respect, even if not full acceptance or positivity. I don’t like telling people “you’re an inspiration” because I’ve always felt like that adds pressure to someone to be the “perfect” example, and that’s not my intention at all, but your willingness to share this painful journey/process is, in fact, an inspiration. (Looking forward to seeing a different person when I look back a year from now.)
@@BeccaDoss hahaha, thank you honestly, your comment really made me smile xxx
I hope I can get as far you have come well done..I cant have naps with 5 kids to after and no taste or smell so cant enjoy the foods I want but I'm eating far more than I would 👌
I've been watching you . You give people hope keep going 👌
So you're talking about not exercising while you're moving quickly ie exercising so you're dragging it out.
This was a long time ago, can confirm not exercising
But I don't think you're supposed to he exercising....
confused?
Could you do another update? We miss you!
??????? ?
May I ask if you suffered or maybe still suffer with horrible digestive issues? I am trying to go all in but cannot eat what I really want due to the horrible bloating and gas that could melt the paint off a car! I have always struggled to digest sugars and certain grains but crave them like they were my last meal :(
I can totally relate with every symptom! I feel so exhausted and have massive brain fog but I guess it’s part of the process
Do you really? For ages I thought it was actually just me. Hardly anyone seems to talk about it
Thank you. I took notes to keep coming back to for reminders. You look and sound very positive. Thanks for sharing, you are helping others. Unfortunately i can relate to everything. One day at a time.
Great stuff! Which was your fav and what will u try next?
It seems like from your instagram that you have started training and exercising a lot more. Have you got your cycle back now? Id hate for all the work you have put in be for nothing.
Hiya, I’ve started doing some bits but certainly wouldn’t call it training 😀 still being very mindful thank you for reaching out ❤️
Keep going lovely! At least you can walk. I recently injured my leg and can barely move. So it could be worse! Also I was wondering if you gained those 10kg when you were still training?
I don’t think it’s comparable to a broken leg, I would hate for you to experience what brain fog feels like and how it affects every single aspect of the waking day, even harder when trying to rationalise ED thoughts. Hope you got some value from my video 😕 just want to say don’t take my Instagram for gospel they aren’t all recent pictures and no I didn’t exercise the whole time
Looking & sounding so much better 👍
Good update. You sound focused on the journey.
Please don’t give up. I’m rooting for you. I’m in your shoes and i need to see you beat this! I keep saying to myself “trust the process”, and my future self will thank me for this. RED’s can really mess with the mind and body. I say this as i head to a park for a walk also. I came to hate running, biking, training everything but I do enjoy walking. Love your honesty and your willingness to share. You are helping. Wish you lived next door so we could do it together. Stay mentally strong.
Wow Rach I just found you. I am going thru the exact same thing. I’m an energy defiecient, eating restrictive triathlete and ultramarathoner. I’m inspired by your video and honest journey. Please know you are helping those of us that stay silent. We hear you. I’m cheering for you and hope to be at your side virtually as we continue this awful race to recovery.
Cheesecake is my favourite weakness lol… 👍🏽😎
On your Instagram it looks like you’re already back to training?
Hiya. I dabbled with a bit of light exercise. Then picked up Covid. I wouldn’t say I’m training. Intensity is low and short and anything I do is decided on the day depending on how I’m feeling. I also have so many days off and if I’m not feeling good don’t do it. Hope that answers your question? I also use older pictures on Instagram sometimes
It didn’t happen overnight and it can’t be fixed overnight… but look how far you’ve come in just a short time!!! Be patient… you got this!
Thank you so much for this... I have just started recovery after being in denial for so long that I was eating enough... and since increasing my food the extreme mental hunger is unbearable and isn't help by the fact I'm dealing with the worst digestive symptoms since increasing my food. So hearing that maybe I'm not going crazy is super helpful. I really hope it improves for you soon. I keep hoping my trust and consistency in the process it will start to work...
Love your lipstick!
Keep going lovely lady!
