    Hola puede ponerle unos trapos con agua con sal para desinflamar calientitos lo que más aguante de caliente o con infusión de alguna planta medicinal para desinflamsr y quitar lo morado ( hematoma termino médico) no podrá caminar por algunos dias hasta que se quite todo se puede vendar cuando ya este mejor para ayudar al tobillo lo mejor seria llevsrla al médico espero que no tenga luxación saludos cuidense por favor bendiciones
