Bro, Why has EFCC not confiscated that Ugwuanyi's place? Did he build it with his salary as governor or what? He spent 8 years in power doing nothing but building a big house for himself. All Igbo governors must have exit interviews with EFCC on completion of their tenure as part of the handover procedure. EFCC officers conducting the exit interviews must be from another region and have a template of what to look for which includes all state allocations during the tenure and how spent. Any discrepancies will be a subject of further investigations by forensic auditors and the ex-governor must deposit their passport with EFCC until cleared.

why does the state gov't allow greedy landlords build their perimeter walls almost on top of the road? in a village i can understand small, but in a so called highbrow area of the capital city? i noticed some of the newly tarred roads narrow in some places to accomodate the walls of these greedy landlords. highbrow areas in our cities in the south-east need to borrow a leaf from places like old GRA Port Harcourt and Ikoyi on how to arrange their roads to give enough clearance between the road and walls of private properties to accomodate sidewalks and trees/greenery!
