I also use this method for my hair but oil comes before the leave in conditioner so as to lock in the oils in the scalp otherwise it will start dripping down ur neck

Can the protein defence be mixed with the mayonnaise?
Yes you can but you also have to mix it with hair conditioner. Sometimes I do just the protein with conditioner and other times i do protein with conditioner and mayonnaise.
This mainly applies to the ajebutters. I grew up in the east and PH, I would say atleast 70% can speak asu Igbo. I’m originally from Ondo and learnt Igbo growing up there.

Its been 2yrs now since l started relaxing my hair
I trim mine when I relax or when I notice split ends. Once every 3-4 months.
I have tried most of this but did not work
Maybe you should Look At how to balance protein and moisture but everyone I know that tried this started retaining length and growing out their hair. I don’t know why it didn’t work for you.
