I am moving to the Houston area in 3 months and was it difficult when getting an apartment to show proof of income when moving from a different state ?
hey girly! I’ll be doing a video about this soon but no it’s not difficult, they do check your credit and your proof of income but I had two jobs working from home so I had proof but you’ll either need to have a job already in Texas, a cover letter or a job working from home. You need to make sure you are making 3x the monthly rent, so my rent is $1734 a month meaning I’d need to be making over $5200 a month in order to qualify. Make sure you have at least 3,000$ saved when you move as well just for first months rent and other things like that.

@@MarcoDaize oh it’s called Ramada by Wyndham , it was actually listed as a hotel but it turned out to be a motel 😭

I just moved to River Oaks (very fancy cute area check it out) and you damn right about these Drivers!!! They crazy and I'm from NYC, I thought NYC was bad lol
River oaks was somewhere I wanted to go I will check it out! & I know I drive fast but these drivers will scare you off the road.. I stay away from them crazy drivers they can go around me atp
@@breonamonay7140 girl same here I be bopping with the music but they is out of control here and it's true the traffic is crazy too! I remember hearing it like "aint no traffic worse than NYC" then I moved here last week and said TF. This older caucasian lady even clipped my side mirror because she didnt want me to get in the lane. She was so mad she did it on purpose. Jokes on her cause my BMW side mirror flips both ways in and out lol I know her Subaro got a scratch now lol
