What is that blue pen you are treating them with? Mine have ugly brown spots that i want to treat/prevent
This is just something that I use to visually point out the spots.
Fungicides are a great option for treating and preventing fungal issues!
Can you talk about corking and how to correct it?
Corking is a totally normal process which protects the cactus from water and excess moisture below the soil! It's not something that we would necessarily say needs correcting.

They should be okay, these are pretty resilient plants! Just make sure to keep an eye out for any extremes in temperature and humidity.

Fair question! Our goal is education on plant care for all san pedro types. Since it's the most common type, and often the first san pedro people start with, we think it's a fine choice to learn the basics with! :)

I'm in California and I actually know of 7 or 8 giant San Pedros , big stands of many collums at least 12 feet tall , it's likely predominant cultivar but it's a great place to collect cuttings for rootstock
