I love this game but the lack of audio clues / rhythm beat kinda unnerve me when several items are thrown in a row like at 1:08 or 1:15 as there's no way to figure if a phone is coming even with perfect rhythm or several items in a quick succession. Like Karate Joe has a "and three!" signal just before the chain , or packing pest 2 with a !! to warn about a quiet measure

the stage 3 theme was my favorite stage theme from this album, so it's nice seeing a calmer and more hopeful reprise of it, i also liked the way the story was presented and the idea of the lovecraftian girls not being inherently evil, just broken, unaware of human morality or following orders

the lead synth starting at 1:07 kinda reminds me of touhou pc98 music, and the squarewave synth playing fast notes also adds to that touhou pc98 vibe, even if probably unintentional i feel like it's an interesting detail to make a nod like that for the character whose whole point is being a 4th wall breaker
