How long did it take you to?
@@cellavonne8398 Hi! My last 40 pounds took me 3.5 months. I am a certified trainer and I knew what to do to lose body fat and not weight. It wasn’t difficult. You cannot lose body fat with exercise alone. You have to know what to eat, how much your body needs to consume, and most importantly why you need to eat it. I educate women who have metabolic conditions and healthy metabolic function on the processes of losing body fat. Hope this helps.

GM, what pre work out you drink?
I drink different pre-workout beverages. Depending on the exercises I perform. On this day I grabbed a C4. The day before Celsius. The day after Transparent Labs, and the next day a banana.

Respectfully, may I suggest when you do the single leg dead lift to show the move frontal to make sure your audience does it correctly? Love you guys ❤
Hi! Great observation. We perform side angle view to show the proper form of the move. Some viewers seeing the frontal view may throw their back out if not hinged at the hip properly. Form is everything 🥰
