I have the same door. Too bad the plastic discoloration is a problem. I have a top over the screws because I cannot see the nails. Unsure how to remove the cover. I will have to see if I can find the owner's manual! Hoping to buy replacement flaps on Home Depot too :)

You can also get a lot of fiber from vegetables and fruits. And I can highly recommend a breakfast of oatmeal, which is a TREMENDOUS way of getting fiber. Diverticulitis is something I struggle with and when it strikes it is very, very painful.

Great video. I purchased two of them for my boys about 10 years ago. They used them three or four times so I put them back in the box and forgot about them. I was clean out the room this past weekend and found them. They have a old software and I needed to update it. After several searches, I discovered your video and it was a tremendous help. I dunno if it was the clear liquid diet first but mine hit me in about 15-20 min. (Side note I'm 90 min into first bottle as I'm watching this lol)

My first dose was at 6:00pm and 10 minutes later it hit me. After an hour 16 ounces of water and again next hour. After two hours my bowels calm down. Next dose at 4:00am 😖

Here's my secret! Chill the 6oz bottle ice cold and pour it by itself into a cold rocks glass and POUND IT, and then chase it with the required 10oz of water at room temp (so you don't get a cold headache). THEN of course follow suit with your required additional 32oz over an hour. Do yourself a favor and don't mix the 6oz of Suprep to 10oz of water and stir it up. That just makes 16oz of sweet shit - prolonging the suffering. Everyone who is 50yrs or older has done chilled shots of Jaegermeister at a bar - you can handle the tiny 6oz bottle of ice cold Suprep from a cold rocks glass in 2-3 seconds. Just don't make it into 16oz by adding water. RIP THAT BANDAID OFF! (For the record I don't know why they make this stuff sweet with aspartame. Nobody likes the sweet quality of Suprep. I'd rather drink the potassium and magnesium sulfate (which is all Suprep is) by itself. Potassium and Magnesium (and anything that ends in "ium" is a salt. No big deal.

I made the same setup but somehow the current is not flowing. I was using RO water so added salts to up the tds by 350 ppm. But still no luck...anybody help .. I am using 16V supply with ability to provide upto 8 amps of direct current

Worked for me no restart.... for those interested, just drag the nook update file into your nook under "my computer." Don't put it into any folder, just drag it straight in. Mine started updating within 1 to 2 minutes

Took 10 minutes to kick in. Took at 4p.m. Was in bathroom for 5 hours! Tried to sleep, up every 20 minutes. Took second dose at 2:30 a.m. because hospital said if it took me a long time to process I could not have any water so many hours before procedure. Thought I would die! Stayed in bathroom till 7:30 a.m. awful experience. Awful prep to swallow! Exhausted, nauseous, painful, and then procedure was delayed, only good thing was hospital staff was awesome! Super kind and professional. Next day (today) feel like I been hit by a truck. Hurt all over. Like I’m bruised from the inside out. Won’t get results back for a week. Praying what ever this is is treatable. I hope I never have to go through this ever again. Sure doesn’t line up with the stories other people shared on their experience.

I just got my C4 this past week and tomorrow I get my 4 “ memory foam topper and I think it will be perfect once that’s on there.

Saw all videos but it seems the word delete sticker is not understood. I want to DELETE sticker from photo not remove or resise. What is the use of Editor if i cannot remove what was wrongly added. I have a samsung note 8 and checked all videos.So sorry but nothing helped me get my photo cleared from silly sticker.
