Triplecast Episode 17-Alfred Hitchcock & Cary Grant's "To Catch a Thief"
In episode 17 of Triplecast we continue our Alfred Hitchcock and Cary Grant series with their 1955 collaboration, "To Catch a Thief." This classic movie brings wonderful views of the French Riviera, and brings a nice blend of adventure, comedy, romance, and mystery. Grant plays a notorious but retired thief who is suspected that he might be up to his old deeds when a new ring of thefts begin. He teams up with Frances Stephens, played by Grace Kelly, and H. H. Hughson played by John Williams, to try and nab the real thief.
We discuss the plot, acting, style, and cinematography of "To Catch a Thief", talk about what happened next in the lives of the actors, and recommend other movies similar to "To Catch a Thief."

love her
Thought I might have found an episode, but NO, there are no full episodes except foreign.
Yeah baby!!
Hs is so easy going ! replying easlily as if he knows you like forever, this is just damn cool from him to do so...
Wow! I didn't expect much, but... Yeah. About to watch 503. Yey.
Boring !. The people involved are rambling over and over again about trivia and have minimal knowledge about films in general ands this wonderful movie in particular !
since iv been loving you was a FANTASTIC scene REALLY well done
I disagree with you guys.. Michael tells oliva to be quit by putting his finger over his lips, especially in the last minutes before the time reset...after the time reset Olivia has a monalisa like smile where its like an ambiguous smile..I think because Olivia had major coretexiphan in her system (enough to power down a city) before the time reset, her conscious was able to operate to outside of that world line and didn't experience the effect of the time reset..thats why he told her tobe quiet
I was a kid when I watched Mighty Ducks. Didn't even know he was in it until I wiki the show. Joshua got points in my book he acted in one my favorite childhood movies and as an adult in Fringe.
Thanks, Keegsta!
Horns down...bad mojo, Darrell. Boo to blow-u!! :)
this podcast is as stooopid and boring as the show lol
Who are those watchers I bet there not the Dharma Initiative
What secrets lie at the Tower???
Thx you guys for the podcast. It's my first podcast I ever watched and I love it. Sadly down here in the UK we aren't that far with the season but I just love it. Will watch now your Podcast till Episode 8 and after Friday watch it each time after a new episode. Thx guys
You need to give them time to answer questions like this one. They aren't going to spell out every single detail in the pilot episode.
U guys suck. Total of 108 views. Pathetic
by the way you quoted True Lies wrong.. He doesn't say knife he says " Patterson Trocar" which is a medical instrument.
Have you people ever been in a military Hummer? No one could hear the music-- because the Hummer doesn't have a Stereo nor is it quit enough to hear it. I know I own a M35A2.
adorable, Darrell! You'll have to do it again, daddy!
Excellent!
Great idea Darrell, you're a terrific daddy. Your daughter's too cute for words.
Simply adorbs! Addi is a natural podcaster. My daughter and I both loved it!
that's awesome y'all did great.
OMG - I thought the same thing. Although it was from the Fringe Podcast. I was like 'why is Darrell sitting in Clint's spot?'. Oh how I miss Fringe!! Glad Revolution is back!
Darrell... you can't just switch sides and pretend like we're not going to notice. I'm starting to twitch.
I will sooo miss this podcast!!! - BRV
Thank you for creating an atmosphere in which many of us can be open and true.
oh I missed that scene
I cried (again) when I rewatched this. We had the best time at the party! Thanks so much!! - BostonRedVines
great work Darrell, love the show, love the podcast, great work fellas. I'm over in london, not as many fans over this side of the pond as i'd expect but it is on Sky(fox) so not everyone has it available. Props to Clint too
Wish I could have been there. Nice work, guys!
wonderful
what episode is 07:07 I didn't see that one can somebody tell me?
Great recap! I hope you'll update it with a recap of the amazing finale. Is the finale podcast going to be posted soon? I can't wait to hear everyone's thoughts.
Yay Darrell. Great work!
Nicely done! Again, Darrell and Clint - thanks for everything you have done! Looking forward to the interviews and recaps still to come!
Beautiful job Darrell. Thank you again.
Great Jorrb!!!
Awesome. Loved the finale, loved the show. Thank you for The Fringe Podcast! Darrell, you should do an audio montage from the show as you did with LOST.
The Star Trek Experience as it is called, in Vegas, has been closed for quite awhile now. Unfortunately I never made it out and didn't find out about the closing until after it was gone. Fringe rocks!!!
Thanks!
Darryl/CLint, always listen to podcast but never caught you on tube. Thanks for all of your help with Fringe!
The Dudes
We do look at the comments. I don't check them every day, but we do look at them.
this is great for those like me who love watching you guys talk instead of just listening to you guys talk in audio form :)
As for the end..... I love all the characters especially Astrid(who I wish we had gotten backstory on) & Walter Bishop. Frelling hilarious, he is :) So if the endings even remotely 'happy' or 'positive' I guess I'm for that ,but they better not kill Astrid. Everyone else could day but save the world & I'd consider that still a 'happy' ending. LOL I Crush On ASTRID
Totally don't worry bout mixing the occasional thingup .Especially if it's corrected later so we actually learn something or are not confused about a subject. You know 10x's more than any average person so be content... It's always great to learn new science though so keep up the talks and know we appreciate them. Big fan of your show & of 'fringe' science & science in general. :)
Meant to call in with feedback, but got swamped with work, but I have to agree that Charlie is getting far less annoying...which is great!
Yes, he was referring to White Tulip coming to him in a dream.
