Indicators often are not included in the log frame for two types of objectives statements: the goal and the activities. Unless specifically mandated by your organization or a donor, a project logframe would not include indicators at this level. Goal-level objective statements reflect longer-term impacts that are usually not achieved through the completion of a single project. Instead, they may require changes brought about by multiple initiatives

I think 'mission' is a better term than 'overall goal' as it tends to clarify the difference of framing. Objectives are naturally subsidiary to and accumulate to achievement of the mission.

Thank you! What I found very helpful is that you placed all these elements in an order (like the logframe for a project or programme itself, the process of designing a logframe also must follow from one to another logically). At 7:57, when you pointed out that we should start with the overall goal working downwards towards inputs and then looking at key assumptions from the bottom-up and only after that we tackle the indicators of our successes at each level. Maybe a minute could have been spent on factoring in the assumptions, linking them with the first column through "and if", which I find to be one of the hardest parts.
