hello...I have this elliptical machine and I loveeee it. However, I recently lost the power plug while moving. Where can I find a new plug?

How do you adjust the front roller for models that don't have a nut and bolt..?

Hello, every stage of manufacturing for our products includes a rigorous quality test. However, the lifespan of any product will vary based on its location, power, the frequency, duration and level of use, performance of maintenance and the number and size of the users.

I am thinking of buying this treadmill, but my quesiton is how long will it last?

While removing these arms with a puller it will not damage any components since these pieces are pressed using a simple nut and washer and these were removed before the puller was used.

Tony, cleaning any debris from the inside threading of the crank arm will help to grip better the outer piece of the crank puller. Once this is completed, use the other pedal arm as leverage (the best technique would be standing up and turning the puller from the bottom to the top). If the other pedal arm was already removed, the crank shaft of the arm can be used for leverage.

I can tell by the hands that this is a woman in this film. So I figure that some strong guy must have torqued that crank puller for her. Cause I had a hell of a time (I had to use a hammer to turn the crank) pulling the crank arm off my wife's elliptical bike and right now, since I have to put it back on I'm hoping I didn't strip anything. Otherwise this was a waste of my time. I wish they would have put some sort of note in the video that this was gonna be harder than it appears in the video.

Sorry for the delayed response. You may have already figured this out, but try choosing a program instead of just pressing "Start." You should then be able to adjust the time.

Jen - When/where does the squeaking occur? A few suggestions: 1) Tighten assembly bolts. 2) Lubricate under the running belt with silicon. 3) Lubricate the air shock with Teflon spray. Please contact 1-866-99-Tempo if it continues. Thank you.

i find mine squeaks on and off when i run on mine? that's my question do u know how to solve that, i literally just got it a month ago?
