I am doing this meditation now daily for some time and every time my subconcious shows me less and less negative emotions

I have been so emotional lately. All I do is think about SP. I was doing so well and now all I think about is SP. I started noticing how I guard myself. Because of past traumas. I just cried so hard when listening to this tape.

Wow. I went back into a memory about a girl that I thought was my friend but did me dirty and I had to forgive. I thought I forgot about it the incident. I guess my subconscious didn’t. Shadow work is definitely wild. Thanks for doing this meditation! I figured I have issues with romantic relationships because of friendships too. I feel unworthy and think other women are better because of women who have either tried to get with the guy I was with or flirting with a guy I’m with. Interesting. I needed to forgive and let it go and forgive myself as well.

How would u go about that or affirm for that? I want all those girls removed off of his following. They can follow him but i dont want him following them back..
