Tributes to Vidwan D. Seshachary
It is difficult to imagine that we will never be able to have a live concert of Vidwan D. Seshachary sir anymore. His music was just so chiselled to perfection that it had everything in it - the bhavam, sruthi, layam, just the right voice, diction and beauty.
It is sad to think that D.Seshachary, the younger and the more commanding of the duo has left this world. How can we forget his arresting voice , his lively stage presence and the sure way he would take command over the entire platform when he sang. What a huge loss it was for music on the 24th February.

Sankaran Sir's intensity, stamina, nuance and creativity is remarkable here. Well. it always is 🙂, but at his age in this video it's a bit more explosive and perhaps Vikku Sir's own presence (and intensity) helped push things to another level. Thanks for sharing this.🙏🙏🙏
Sir was like this when I met sir in 1994. I was fortunate to witness several such blistering performances with G Harishankar, V Suresh, TV Vasan etc from mid 90s till 2000
