UPS just lost my hard drive. I gave it to Geek Squad (at Best Buy) for a repair. Since Geek Squad could not fix onsite, they sent it to another place. The UPS driver never scanned the package (this was a month ago), it got lost, and now UPS can't find it. That's 1 Terabyte of data (years of files and photos) gone because of UPS incompetence. Geek Squad should've forced UPS to scan before leaving, to at least ensure some tracking. Because they didn't scan, it's not traceable. Don't EVER give your hard drive to Geek Squad, as this weak link (UPS) could destroy all your data. Get a hard drive fixed locally, on-site.

My delayed package brought me here. They must be SUPER behind, my package has been sitting at DFW for 6 days...and I even chose express saver. It got across Europe in 2 days during a rough blizzard, landed in Kentucky, got to Dallas within a few hours after that, and has stayed there. I live 100 miles away...could I just go up there and pick it up? Lol 😂
Unusually Poor Service. They never deliver on time and ship your stuff to odd places "On accident". UPS is horrible and the reason I will never make another big purchase on amazon.
As a package handler at ups, all I can say is I feel bad for these boxes because it seems like everyone's chucking them. I try to be as gentle as I can when I work but trying to stuff over 500 packages in a tiny truck while being rushed is some hard work. Especially during peak season, such as holidays. I'm about to go through hell and probably your packages too if you order online. Wish us luck.
Haha, I just started today as a preloaded and I agree 100% Speed and carefulness do not mix. I worked small packages today to start out and holy shit is there a lot to do. Scan and chuck basically. I did manage to shake some packages that said fragile and could only hear what sounded like broken glass. 😂
