I noticed the reg number on the boat. Is that because of the engine size being over 15hp even if it's under 9 meters as the SAMSA rules state? I am curious because I am building a 3.6m skiff with a 6.5hp engine. A far as I know that shouldn't need to be registered. Right? Awesome videos by the way.
