+Bernardo de la Garza this is very interesting to me as I feel my working memory is definitely not as strong as it was a few years ago and I'm trying to figure out the best way I can restrengthen it as it really is having quite a negative affect on all areas of my life. it seems neuroplasticity is possible at any age from the research ive done so I'm optimistic I can do so, but not entirely sure how to specifically retrain the areas of my brain I feel have weakened... I'm thinking mentally challenging games like chess are akin to taking your brain to the gym and I should probably start doing things like that again.
