Hi there🤗 Thank you for reaching out. If the spotting doesn’t develop into a heavier flow, I would test within the next few days. Your next period might not come if it doesn’t get heavier. However, the spotting could also be due to a period and in that case, a pregnancy test would come back negative. If your temperatures are drastically dropping at the end of this cycle, that’s also a sign your period is coming soon. But if temperatures remain high, that’s promising. Hi there! Thank you for subscribing and following along watching these videos. I really appreciate your feedback. With regards to my temperature after testing positive, to be honest, I only continued monitoring my temperature for about a week or two after getting the positive test. I can’t say for sure if this was a sign of the miscarriage, but the first time around, my temperature did drop drastically about 4 days after my implantation dip. I didn’t experience this drop with my now second pregnancy. However, at the time of the miscarriage, I also thought about my progesterone maybe being too low… but honestly, I did not find a way to tell the reason. I know it can be difficult after a miscarriage and a lot of the time, I tried to research the possible reasons behind the miscarriage so that I could maybe prevent it next time. But honestly, from my experience, a miscarriage is normally due to an abnormal foetus or maybe the blood type of the baby is not compatible with your blood type and so your body protects itself by getting rid of the baby because your body recognises it as a “foreign” substance unfortunately. I consulted with my doctor to try and ask him what the cause of the miscarriage could be. All he told me was that this was a random event. Like winning the lottery. It’s more likely not to happen again than to happen again. He told me, I only need to start worrying if I get multiple miscarriages one after the other. Then that’s no longer normal. But he reassured me and I now want to reassure you, there was nothing we could’ve done to prevent it, and there’s nothing we did that caused it, so please don’t feel guilty as much as you can. My doctor recommended me to get on Fertiphil after my miscarriage just to get my folic acid up in preparation for my next pregnancy. Taking folic acid in general is recommended so I did that differently the second time. But I truly believe it was all God that eventually allowed both the miscarriage and my pregnancy to happen. Remember, what is meant for you, will never miss you. And what is not meant for you, will never reach you. 💕💕 I really wish you all the best and a healthy pregnancy soon💕🫶🏼 please do keep me updated and I will continue to pray as well♥️
